“Loved the classes! I just wish there was an app that I could access my classes. It can be difficult to always have to go to the website especially during late-night feeds when I am trying to listen to the classes. I would definitely recommend creating an app. It seems like the next step.”

“Cara’s classes have changed our lives! From the newborn classes, the sleep training program (because I didn’t listen to Cara and never laid my newborn down awake… oops), to all her informational Instagram posts… Taking Cara Babies is WELL WORTH the investment! It’s my #1 recommendation for new moms and will be the gift I keep on giving! My baby conquered falling asleep independently by night 3 of sleep training. Cara definitely knows what she’s doing! I can’t thank Cara and her programs enough!”

“I wanted something that worked with my second child, since I resorted to “cry it out” with my first after the dreaded 4 month sleep regression and months of bed sharing. THIS PROGRAM WORKS! I started with nights for my son at 4.5 months old and by the end of the 14 days he fell asleep independently and stayed asleep 10-12 hours. After the 2 weeks I was such a believer in Cara’s courses that I started on naps. My son now also naps in his room after falling asleep independently. If you are considering any of the sleep training methods from Cara- DO IT!”

“Taking Cara Babies was recomended to us from a few friends and I am so glad we took the plunge. Not only did it give me confidence as a new Mom, I finally felt heard and seen. She has a way of connecting with parents that allows you to give yourself grace but also instill confidence. I cannot recommend the sleep program and the newborn bundle enough!”

“GAME CHANGER!! Our baby was only sleeping 45 minutes at a time during the night for months. She now sleeps 10 hours every night! It took one rough night for it to click but now she sleeps great (and so do my husband and I).”

“My baby was a terrible sleeper and my husband and I were really struggling . I was always sick because I couldn’t rest and my husband was frustrated. We were at our wits end with no sleep. We ended up giving the 5-24 month package a try for sleep training. And YES it was terribly hard at first.. but let me tell you… my baby puts him self to sleep, he sleeps through the night and our entire life has changed. So much so that I’m ready to have another baby now ! We feel refreshed and are just generally more happy as well as my baby boy. Our time together isn’t exhausted and we are able to have so much fun now that we are all rested as a family!! The sleep training is worth it!!! If only we could have started earlier!”

“While there was some helpful information in the lessons I purchased, I wish I would have known that she was suggesting to cry it out. That just doesn't work with my baby and our family and I would have saved that money.”

“Taking Cara Babies is a wonderful resource for all things baby sleep! Anytime I talk to a new parent and the topic of sleep comes up, I ask them if they know about Taking Cara Babies. I love the videos. Cara appears warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I love that the videos are divided into short segments so that they are easy to watch in between child-care tasks. The print-outs are very helpful as well. I also follow Taking Cara Babies on Instagram which has helpful tips, graphics, stories. Taking Cara Babies is a wonderful resource and worth every penny.”
