“The ABCs of sleep has seriously been life changing for our family. I was up with my five month old every 1-2 hours at night nursing and rocking him back to sleep. After the two week training period, he is now fully night weaned, and he is sleeping on his own for about 10 hours per night. He does still wake one or two times at night and cries a little, but he is able to self-soothe and put himself back to sleep. I am so thankful that baby and our whole family are finally resting well at night. If you’re on the fence about sleep training, I was too, but this really taught us about infant sleep and how training with reassurance was the right thing for our family.”

“This course gave me the confidence and peace of mind I needed to sleep train. My baby handled everything very well. We had a few tough nights but he came "down the rollercoaster" with each night. I was amazed that Cara said the "training" would take 14 days and on day 13, he went down without any tears! Been sleeping through the night since! (Except for a few sick nights).”

“We are about 2 months into sleep training. We started when baby was 5.5 months. This course does work. Our baby quickly learned to go to sleep on his own and it was great for about a month. The videos are helpful and high quality. 2 months later, our baby is teething and we honestly regret sleep training. Baby is uncomfortable and waking at night wanting comfort. We are too scared to "un-do" all our hard work sleep training by comforting him too much. He screams for hours. We do pop-ins. I lay in bed and cry because "he just wants his mama". He's sad, alone, crying. He knows I'm here, but he knows I won't hold him, cuddle him, nurse him and help comfort him. My husband is frustrated because "we followed all the rules, why is he still crying all night?" And not getting enough sleep before having to work. The hardest part is knowing that if I just went in, picked him up, held and rocked him for 10 minutes, it would all be over. But he's sleep trained. We can't do that in fear of confusing him. I hope it gets better, but as of now... I wish we had never done sleep training.”

“Incredible and so helpful! We are thankful and indebted to Cara and her team for all the joy and help these courses have given our family. The peace and ease of life we have lived knowing how to predict our babies and help guide and teach them about good sleep habits and foundations have been invaluable to our lives! As a mom with a disability, flexible routine is critical. Predictable, yet bendable. Cara offers exactly that. The step by step help is also wonderful. I have three children now (and one on the way!) and to take the thinking out of baby life is such a gift. We have gifted this course many, many, MANY, times to friends and family over the years and all of them have had the same success. “My 3 year old is a pro and has been since it was possible to be a good sleeper! Taking cara babies did more than help us help him sleep, it gave me more confidence as a mother in all other aspects. The course gave us a direction and things to focus and relieved us from the pressure of when things weren't perfect. Cara helped us understand it is a process and we are just practicing each time. “I casually followed Cara on social media when my first two babies were young. I used some of her tips, but never felt like I needed the full course. Then came baby #3 who required several wake-ups and multiple feedings each night! By the time he was 6 months I was desperate for relief. I seriously doubted that the sleep training would work with this kid because he was so clingy and fussy during the night, but I tried it anyway! HE SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT WITHOUT A PEEP ON NIGHT FOUR. I am amazed at what a great little sleeper he has become!!!”

“I call Cara my sleep guru!! I gift her newborn class to all of my first time Mom friends. She has helped me get six babies sleeping through the night with the newborn class!! “I will admit I was skeptical at first, but I followed the class instructions and by the 3rd night my 6 month old baby slept all night! I also realized how much formula I was wasting because before taking this class I always thought he needed a bottle when he woke up during the night (first time mom here!), only for him to drink a little and go back to sleep. It has been a couple months since I took this class and it has been life changing for both me and my baby! He has been growing like crazy and it may be just a coincidence, but I also think the fact that he is actually getting long sleep periods is helping!”
