“Hi, love Takoon products, but unfortunately customer service is a bit limited. Too many emails and attempts to get a detax done, if 3 questions asked only partial responses, and too much effort to get feedback on the detax in spite of emails already sent with Id and proof of residence….still waiting… Thanks”

“Jolie joué qui fonctionne dommage que la livraison soit aussi longue 1 mois de retard sans geste commercial, au bout de 30min d'utilisation les vis qui verrouille l'aile au fuselage se devises. La housse de protection et vraiment pour le transport, Obligé de démonter le mat car pas de rainures dommage quand on veut s'en servir sur plusieurs jours.”

“Delivery was fast and almost correct, i just got delivered the wrong foil. Can happen, no big deal. I sent back the wrong foil and since then nothing is happening. Takoon is somehow unable or unwilling to figure out if it has reached them or where it is. I sent it back almost a month ago. And of course i dont get my correct foil until i dont know what happens. All the while i cant do anything with my incomplete equipment here. Terrible customer service unfortunately.”
