“Talabat, please remove your license to operate. You are not worth it! I ordered at 12:00 noon today. Now it's already 2:45 still my food did not come. This will be my first and last order. You are worse!”

“One of the worst experiences!!! The items list is not updated. It turned out that I have selected items which are not actually available in the store. I had to modify my order several times because of that. At the end I have wasted 6 hours of my life to order something which I was not intending to order from the start. I totally don't recommend this app.”

“I wish I could rate the Talabat 0.01 Star. 1. Ordered food yesterday, and it was marked as delivered while the food did not arrive and I didn't get any call from the driver. 2. Tried complaining through their live chat and the agent just giving me a bullsh*t reason that the driver's motorcycle had a flat tire, the reason why the delivery was late. 3. I then informed that the issue was not about late delivery but it was marked as delivered without the food arriving to me, pretty sure they just give a bullsh*t reason to all people complaining and they don't care. 4. The agent kept apologizing and said I will get a call for a couple of minutes, but still after an hour, no one called. 5. Dropped them an e-mail to request for a refund, and kept giving me bullsh*t answer "Escalated the case to the concerned team", again Bullsh*t, and until the next day no response, and update, I still didn't get my money back.”

“I waited for my order for 2 hours, the driver had a problem with the bike but none informed me and I kept on waiting. I had to contact them twice and call the driver many times and still my order arrived after 2 hours or even more! They should inform the customer if the driver is late or has issues to find another solution. Very disappointing.”

“It takes a lot of time to wait for an order (around 50 min), and the driver still has not come, he called us to ask where our location exactly is? At the end we have been waiting 1 h 20 min for pizzas... too much.”

“I have canceled my order at same time when I ordered, but they said that your order is on the way sorry we can’t cancel your order and now, then I waited for more then 30 minutes for my food!!! I received sms from talabat saying sorry your order will be delay”

“Such a bad company. Order delayed for more than an hour. Contacted the customer service twice and all I got was: “Delayed, we will assign a driver in a few minutes.” Really terrible service. As a company you should inform the customer once a order has been delayed. Told them that the restaurant is closed already and how will they accept my order? They mentioned that the driver will be assigned and the restaurant is still open. On the end my order has been cancelled cuz the restaurant was closed. They do not care about customers at all!!!”

“Ordered food at 2 pm....it is 4:05pm - nothing.... If I did not call the restaurant 15 min ago, my food would be still under preparation, and I ordered only salad and sandwich....deleting the app.”

“Delete that sick service app They are following the policy of spoiling drivers instead of customers, my home address is few meters from the borders of the indicated zone on map, and several times due to my stupidity i experience the rudeness of either the driver who want me to come and pick my order or he will send it back to Restaurant, but that was a result of following the advice of the company's representatives from the several complains i had made, where they always told me that i am right, i just need to drop the pin on map to the closest location to my home and then describe the address in writing precisely, but what is new now when ask a driver to check the responsible admins in the company on whether to deliver the order or not, 2 times i find a stupid rep calling me informing me that the order must be cancelled because i am out of delivery zone. Well if that's the fact why did you make profits from my hundreds previous orders !! Why you do not accept orders from my account!! Why you do not inform me that you do not want to provide service to my address!! You are so stupid in handling customers, that's why even when i move to in zone location i will never ever use your mean service, and for now i am totally happy with other apps which may not have the big variety you have , but think what orders mostly comes from about 10 restaurants for each client, and no one wants to see all of these variety of restaurants which include lots of tasteless and poor restaurants, with your stupid service.”

“I ordered yesterday through Talabat Egypt and I got a certain total amount for my order. However, when I received the restaurant, the receipt was for more money. After complaining to Talabat customer service, a man called me and told me "it is not our fault, it is the restaurant's fault and we can not do anything about it"”

“Ordered Pizza at 8:55 pm on Talabat, one and half hour and no response, no delivery. Talabat cannot track the order or the restaurant. Had to cancel the order finally. Pathetic service from Papa Murphys and Tablabat. If Talabat cannot deliver, or track the order then why do you take the order. If you cannot fulfill the order why commit, why charge for service. Why do you confirm the order. Pathetic service and pathetic app support.”
