I was very happy with the service. I phoned with a boiler problem about 9am. By midday, a polite, professional, friendly engineer had diagnosed the problem and done the necessary to get the boiler working until I can replace the thermostat that caused the problem. Couldn't have been easier.

Mr Joe manning the phonelines was excellent - a true gent. Compassionate and 'gets it sorted'. All in all we are very satisfied with the company. The plumber in question I worry was a bit dismissive initially - the initial visit was a 'quick fix' - though when that didn't work - he came back the next day and did the additional work under the same tariff. My wife and my mum said he was very polite - I didn't meet him myself. All in all a bit pricier than a locally sourced job - but you get a top-notch service very quickly. When I had tried calling the local people in the first instance - I got no reply or some people said 'nothing for 2 days'

DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY, the customer care service will drive you completely nuts, hours upon hours online being transferred from one department to another, and still no further forward, they do not care, will fob you off with idle promises, they still owe me over £300.00 will I ever see that money again...probably not, go somewhere where you'll be appreciated, go through sky never had a problem with them,

I have just had a long telephone conversation with a very lovely, patient lady called Sahar at Talktalk. I could not fault her help - the systems are temporarily down there so she was helping me through the procedure from memory. My problem was how to update my router to WPA2. I Got there in the end ! If you ring and get 'the ring back later, our systems are down 'etc just hang on and you will be connected to a human being! I rang at bang on opening time of 9am and got straight through. Nice to be able to give a good review, as most people only leave reviews to say they are displeased with the service. Credit where it's due on this occasion.

Been with TT for about 15 years. Probably had about 3 issues. Invariably Open Reach. 1st level support poor if you have tech knowledge so forum better. Always have to renegotiate renewal so no loyalty recognition. But invariably good pricing. No better or worse than any other.

I’ve been with talktalk since they started as a provider,I’ve had problems over the years just like all the other providers,but they have always been resolved to my satisfaction and I’ve always found there representative most helpful and polite,after reading these comments i feel that i was with another company,i always recommend talktalk to friends colleagues

Well, I can’t complain at all. Been reading the reviews, wondering if we are in the same Company, I have had nothing but courtesy from them. Agree it does take a long time troubleshooting etc. But solution is found. Thanks TalkTalk.
