“Interent connection went down last Thursday; after waitiing a day to see if it came back, reported the fault on Friday pm. The service advisor ran a number of tests and decided the router was faulty. As this was an old router, a replacement was offered free of charge, with deliver 2-5 working days. New router arrived Monday. So well done TalkTalk!”

“Always had an exceptional service. If I've had any queries or need help, I always use the Talktalk Community. Takes longer for things to get sorted, but the OCE's are very competent and I've always had issues resolved through there. Would definitely recommend.”

“Been with Talktalk for 8 years and always had a reliable service. If I do have any issues, I use the online forum. Although it is not monitored 24/7, they are much better at helping than phoning customer service. The Live Chat function also is great, and I normally use the in - app messenger. It may take a while for them to get back to you though.”

“Been with TalkTalk for a few years now and hardly have had any problems. If i do, it's usually minor and is sorted out by the very helpful assistants on the live chat service online. Use all of the features provided (Homesafe, Virus Alerts, Supersafe) and find that the service is very good value for money!”

“The engineer was first class. I found him helpful and he explained what he was doing. The line had a few problems. He come back the following morning and completed his job. His name was Jamie. I would recommend him and talk talk to all my friends. Top man and a top job Billy boy Thanks”

“I was very happy with the service. I phoned with a boiler problem about 9am. By midday, a polite, professional, friendly engineer had diagnosed the problem and done the necessary to get the boiler working until I can replace the thermostat that caused the problem. Couldn't have been easier.”
