I was so disappointed to read your review this morning, and so sorry the courier company was unable to comply with the request. As you are aware, we had placed your instructions in the special instructions, and even included a second label with just these instructions.
I will contact the local depot of their firm to see if they can give any clarity.

Great point Lesley! My grandkids love them too, and as you pointed out, our beverages are GOOD for them - so they are SOOOO much better than soft drinks! We even have some schools onboard selling them through their school canteens :)

I stumbled on Tea Gardens Kombucha while on a holiday on the Central Coast & was very surprised & happy with the taste. Next time maybe consider getting our Mix N Match bundle - order up to 4 of your favourite flavours and get 48 drinks for $89.90 ($1.88 per bottle).
