I have been with Geek Squad (then Carphone Warehouse, then Currys) for some years and they've always been able to resolve tech issues on my PC. Two days ago, (June 9th), I was once again helped by a guy called Mike, who sorted out various Microsoft issues on my new Lenovo. I wanted to leave positive feedback on the pop up after his session, but I closed the window in error. Well done Mike! You were amazing!

Matt arrived within time given. He wore a face mask, was polite and friendly. He fixed the fault with the oven within an hour.

Not a delivery it was just a set up of 2 TV .Thank you for great service today, phone call yesterday ,arrived on time . Can't fault them . Only thing l could say pricewise Currys is extortionate . Lovely guys today thanks again

Hey, took my father to curry’s at Peterborough, we had asim help my dad with a new tv, he was well mannered, easy to talk with, he explained all different things on different TVs. Couldn’t have asked for a excellent service if I tried. 10 out 10🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

I had Andy on two different occasions. Andy and mark has installed my tv and even when it had an issue they still remained until they could find the problem. Very high service of installation

Absolutely first class service. Delivery updates, delivered on time, took away all packaging, even picked up all the polystyrene floating about in the garden. Two "white goods" all done and dusted in ten minutes........superb.

Investment fraud is growing hugely and I advice the public to stay away from these fraudulent companies. I invested a huge amount of money (Best known to me) and was unable to get my hard earn money back from an unregulated company that kept demanding for more deposits. I am a landlord and I have a number of items under the care plan I have been very happy with the service.... But recently they have moved Karen repair call centre over to India And the absolutely useless... They don't seem to want to help and they can't seem to understand me why do all these major companies have car centres in India it's not what customers want it is an infuriating experience

I had to give them many times my computer and waited sometimes for 2 weeks when the shop was open. They often did not do the job I told them to do. Last time I hung on the phone for more than an hour each day and they did not manage to fix my camera and did not immediately arranged pick up. I still had to wait for nearly a week for them to pick it up. They gave me a loan computer that restores to the previous settings and deleted everything I put on it. It was easier to use my mini computer for the time being. I waited for a week to get my old computer back. This time they had the camera fixed. There seemed to be lots of miscommunication as they often keep asking me what is wrong with the computer. I even had to explain I just exchange the demo computer they gave me with my old computer I actually paid for.

I would never pay for this care plan again. Very very poor service constant phone calls poor customer service on phone only to be given another number who's lines are too busy to answer! Online even not answering. Paid for a service that is not there !!

I wish I checked these reviews before deciding to start a cover plan with them. I have been waiting more than a month for my washing machine to be repaired. First the engineer enters the wrong report for my address which delays the visit for further 2 weeks because of parts that needs to be ordered. Then decides to not turn up to the visit and was given another week time visit but they decided to text me that 30mins before the time slot finishes when the engineer wasn’t even logged into work the whole day!!! Wasting my annual leave. I’ve spent so much money dry cleaning and all. We’ve got a family of 10. Tried to file in a complaint but kept getting ‘transferred to the right department’ but everyone denying it’s them that can help. Absaloute shambles I don’t know how they’re allowed to operate and I will getting ombudsman, trading standards everyone I can to investigate them
