“I bought a galaxy fit. After 9 months, it gets broken. I could not register it and use the warranty in New Zealand because it was customized for the United Arab Emirates. I could only use the warranty in the USE.
They asked me to return it to their company.
The product was around 90 dollars. However, the shipping cost was around 150 dollars.
It seems, I wasted 90 dollars. Please consider my review and please don't waste your money by purchasing from this company. I should also mention that they respond to your request very slowly.”

“Like so many others, i placed an order not realising it was a Hong Kong based company, i ordered two I pads last Christmas, saved about £45 each. Panicked after i read the reviews and tried to cancel and order others from Amazon. To be fair to Tecobuy, they did arrive about 2 weeks after placing the order, had i known from the outset, that wouldn't have been too bad a delivery. Issues as i still had the unopened genuine UK spec ones is the box hight was different, reason was these had Chinese spec chargers and a cheap looking travel adaptor in the box with them. So that was £30 a charger. then the kicker, a month after delivery i got an invoice from FedEx charging import tax of £120. From then on, no response from many mails from Tecobuy. Buyer beware, they are genuine, but very poor customer service.”
“Finally got details supplied for returning the item, but took three weeks. This was a non UK address to send back to, and was supposed to be a collection service.
Had to take item to a depot. Once it had been scanned into the system by UPS, Tecobuy then changed the delivery address via PayPal, so that it was impossible to send the item back and satisfy Pay Pal rules.
TecoBuy now refusing to follow Distance Selling Laws, even though they have confirmed that they have the item back, and refund the item.
Avoid this company at all costs, as ignoring the law, and deliberately making things complicated and confusing.”

Ordered Logitech streaming camera over 2 weeks ago thinking they were a UK company. Tracking number shows DPD still only having received order information and no further progress in 2 weeks. Emailed twice and certainly they did reply a few hours later in the middle of the night but just generic replies about them checking with their courier department. Latest reply says its on its way and I will have it in a few days. I await nervously but wish I'd seen all the reviews first. Never thought to check as it looked like a legit UK company, which it isn't.

Seller uses a logistics company SF express who passes the parcels to other companies to deliver. Royal mail attempted to deliver a package to myself which I refused. SF express has not updated their tracking to show the truth of the situation.
Tecobuy are a SCAM COMPANY who do not have goods in stock to deliver. You wait, or find out you will be waiting for a long time, as there is no movement in tracking.
When you ask to cancel, Tecobuy say you cannot as they say item has been despatched. This is not showing in tracking. You will find out later they never despatched item till maybe over one week after you tried to cancel. They want you to collect the item and keep, or pay yourself to send it back.

“Do not touch this company they start out by conning you into believing they are based in the U.K. They are not they are in Hong Kong. Next if you get wary and ask about a refund due to possible long delivery time, you will suddenly find that the stock they were not going to get for another two days is suddenly dispatched so you can’t claim a refund until after delivery.
Communications with them are slow and to be frank quite pointless as the seem totally incapable of telling the truth. Ordered my item on 26 Aug , funds claimed from PayPal almost immediately now on 8Sep still seems to be sat with the freight consolidators whilst I am fed the same BS from this Mickey Mouse company. I will advise everyone I know not to get caught out by this company. All they do is lie from start to finish”
