I bought the same dress in two sizes, one fit so wanted to return the other. It was a few days past the 28 days return. Now what do I do their return policy is terrible, cannot contact anyone

I'm really not satisfied with my Ted Baker wallet :( I paid $109 for the DELEENA colour block small bifold purse and the button keeps popping open because the cards I have in there are obviously bulking it up. Bloody hell. I bought it for the leather aspect and now I totally regret it because even Tommy Hilfiger and Guess are much better design-wise. So sad for my money...

I will never purchase an item from their online store ever again. After returning an item, they stated they could not locate it in their facility. They ended up stealing $79 from me. I honestly, do not even want to support this brand after the atrocious customer service experience.

Ordered a phone case, it wasn’t the size they described but they wouldn’t refund me the return postage. Obviously don’t need customers because I won’t show there again.

It has been 2 months and I am still awaiting an exchange for a faulty cross-body bag I paid $232 for. I had to pay for return postage ($15.15) from Adelaide to Tullamarine and they are claiming they haven't seen the returned bag. Surely such a big international company should have given a reply-paid address and assume responsibility for tracking since I was sent a faulty product? Dreadful service that they should think it's ok to send faulty products to customers and even worse that they are not looking after such customers with follow-up service afterwards. Currently I am still sitting here $246.16 out of pocket. Update: It has now been 4 months since Ted Baker sent me the faulty item. After a long and desperate period to prove I had sent the item back to Ted, I was grateful to Australia Post and an international courier company for going out of their way to help me locate my tracking number and parcel. Ted Baker had denied receiving it when in fact, they had it in their possession within the first week or two. They were riding on the fact that i had misplaced my tracking number. Had Aus Post not assisted me, I'm sure I would not have received a refund for the item which finally occurred after 3 months. I am however still awaiting a cheque to the value of $15.15 for the postage cost to send the item back. As i informed the person who phoned me, purportedly from Ted, I don't pass on my credit card details over the phone am am shocked they they believe this is professional service. I requested a cheque. (Interesting to note that no one is available to speak to you via phone on request however someone was available to phone me to take my credit card details!!!). My emails are ignored, as was my previous email request to speak to a manager over the phone (when Ted Baker was in receipt of my parcel but was still in denial of having received it). I have altered the title of my review from "disappointing" to "Appalling customer service. I will not be purchasing from Ted Baker again.

Worst customer service and very low quality products. My 3 Ted baker coats were covered in moths and completely destroyed , I don’t now how as they were less than 2 years old. The result is that I had to throw away all of them, while other coats from other brands were still good or fine. I email customer service to ask how this could happen and the lady started to ask me questions about my order numbers and other silly numbers just to waste my time and distract me. At the end she did not apologised or helped at all. It was all a waste of time and money. Not buying from this brand again.

Worst customer service. I have ordered a dress for my wedding / engagement party but I still haven't got it yet after 3 weeks. They dispatched another one with a next day delivery, but it hasn't arrived after 3 days. To be fair the first guy I talked to was very nice, but the second time I called to ask for more information, she just told me to wait and she was also impolite and unfriendly. I am worried that I can't have this dress at all.

Don’t buy from this company. When things went wrong, their customer services are really bad. They will not pick up the phone or reply your messages after months. I purchased some products here in January for my sister birthday and myself. What I received were old, dirty shoes and over size. I requested an exchange, they asked me to call. I called up so many times, always had a voice message say business hour is finished meanwhile it was mid day. I emailed, no response so i returned the products n they received it. It was 8/2 l/21 and until then, they kept telling me I hv to wait 14 days for refund. After 14 days, no reply, then another person from that company started to ask me all the questions from beginning then another person said another 8-10 days. Until now is 8/3 already? I purchased $450 not cheap stuffs from a big company and this is my experiences like a scammer just stealing my money? I am so upset

Don’t buy from Ted Baker, No customer Care whatsoever Really Disappointed should have read reviews, like others expected more from Ted Baker. Ordered an iPhone 8 case got a Galaxy 8 box torn amd sellotaped obviously someone else return. No customer service. I recorded the return package but don’t have much hope in refund reading others reviews!

I purchased what was supposed to be lovely bedding. To say I’m very disappointed is an understatement. The said bedding looks lovely and fresh, clean and bright, but as you can see in the pictures I will post with this review you can see they do not match there picture. They look cheap (of which we all know anything from Ted Bakers is anything but cheap and usually nice stuff) dull dirty and crease badly after only sitting on them. Luckily I got them a little bit cheaper as a sale was on but still expensive (and I’m glad I didn’t pay full price).. very very disappointed customer.. UPDATE... Looks like I can’t post any pictures (pink rose bedding) of said bedding but believe me it a mess and not worse the money..

Got a rucksack from Ted Baker as a Christmas present. The handle has already broken and one of the straps os coming unstitched. Contacted customer services who were rude and unhelpful and wouldn't even offer and exchange. Poor quality from a poor Company

This company literally has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I want to post to as many review sites as possible to make sure people know how terrible they are. Just understand if you chose to purchase something from them there are horrific examples all over the internet detailing the exact type of experience I had, where the agents were rude, unaccommodating, and unwilling to do anything to help. The site does not show available inventory accurately, so if you do chose to buy, there is a reasonable chance you will not get what you ordered. And if what you order is wrong in any way, don’t expect to be able to exchange it.

Returned £600 worth of coats using there own returns label but was told the boxes where empty and I’m not entitled to a refund, I sent proof of postage showing the weights of the parcels but they won’t give me a refund, I am shocked at there awful returns proces

Buyer beware!! Returns not honoured from online store. No customer service, unable to contact anyone. Sent numerous emails, included tracking number and proof of delivery, but no response. They don’t take phone calls even though there’s a contact number of n their website. I’m owed hundreds of dollars. Sadly, after reading other reviews I’m not alone. I’m an online shopper and I’ve never had such a terrible experience. Morally it’s disgraceful.

Got charged double when shopping in store because one of the staff said the payment didnt go through, even I insisted the payment did go through and show her my bank app notification. They charged me again and when I called for a refund of the extra charge, no one ever picks up and no one replies to the contact form and email. EXTREMELY BAD customer service, would never shop with them again.

Bought my partner slippers in his usual size 9. Had to return them as too small. Eventually managed to order a size 10 but again too small. It’s costing me nearly as much in inconvenience and postage as it is in slippers! Obviously very small sizing and customers should be warned to buy two sizes bigger than their normal size.

Hidden charges in returns policy and nobody answering the phone. I would accept the returns charge, but I ordered the same size as always and the item was tiny. I was going to exchange but changed my mind and asked for a refund. I would rather give my money to a company who prioritise customer service.
