Sent back a return almost 6 weeks ago and still have not received any communication confirming receipt nor refund to my credit card. I used the prepaid shipping label that was included with the original order to send back the item. A Ted Baker customer service rep (who was very professional and responsive) informed me that Ted Baker leverages Pitney Bowes as their shipping label provider. The prepaid return labels are assigned randomly and are not tied to the Ted Baker order number so they have no way to track the shipment. This would've been nice to know ahead of time as I would have certainly taken a photo of the label had I known this was the case. I have never experienced that with any other retailers who provide a prepaid return shipping option with their orders. Instead I have no idea if/when this shipment was delivered to their returns DC or if it was lost by the USPS. At this point I'm considering it a total loss. I give them a 1 for returns process and a 3 for customer service since the rep was at least trying to be helpful. 2 for overall experience.

Customer support contacted with a request for a Firmware update for the Finisterre DAB Radio. Very dismissive, wanted order number (irrelevant). Unwilling to even try to solve the problem without order number. Have emailed a complaint also, let's see if anything comes of it.

Sent my return back for more than a month. Customer service doesn’t help and said it’s my responsibility before they got the parcel. So basically if their own employees stole the packages, no one would care. They can keep making money like this. There are no protection to customers.

I sent a return back over 5 weeks ago using their return label and have not received my refund. Customer service has not been helpful at all. Super disappointed - will not order again.

Bought 13 items order during summer sales, order was shipped exactly a week later. Ground shipping was also slow, resulting to me receiving goods a full month after order. Returned 6 items in a very very careful repackaging (read the reviews here in advance) after trying some of them. I should note that return was confirmed, processed and refunded within 13 days of shipping back. I 'm happy.

I sent back an item for return a month ago and haven’t received my refund. I used their prepaid label and they have no record of the tracking number that they sent.

Really bad customer service! Bought new shoes of 140 and received a used one. After contacting them they told me to send it back without any compensatoir or remorse for what happend as if it was a usual thing. Having to arrange shipping from the Netherlands to the UK and having to pay for it myself. Contacting them many times about the refund, which came after almost 2 months. Now I have to send them message every time for them to ask when I will receive my shipping costs for the faulty shoes! Letting customers run after them while they have delivered used shoes! Very disrespectful!

Dumb brunette rep works for ted baker. Essendon. She hovers over customers and is very rude and her demeanour is arrogant!!! Worst place to shop and nothing fit me!

Ted Baker turned to online shopping due to COVID 19. I bought a pair on pants and it felt too big. I originally tried to exchange for a smaller size but exchange was not possible they wanted me to call a number out of USA. So I returned the pants in good shape and used the sticker provided in the box. I didn’t hear from them and in respond to my email they said they don’t have the label’s information which they sent it with the item and they are not responsible. I wouldn’t buy anything online from them bc they are not organized and they don’t accept responsibility especially when now the stores are closed and people have to exchange or return easily. I lost my money . Do not buy on line. The postal office told me that usps labels doesn’t help with tracking either

I bought Ted Baker shoes in Rotterdam on March 7, 2020. The "Lylas PL-Pink" size 38. I have worn them 10x and fabric is broken (worn) and material is coming off. I did not expect this from shoes of € 130, - and after 4 months .... And certainly not from Ted Baker! If there is no solution: disappointing and huge bad buy!

Well it’s been 11 days since you held my return and yet I have not received any communication from your company !!!! It’s been an absolute disgusting service that your company provides , if you telephone customer help line , I keep getting put through the same manager and she will not take my tracking number down from the Royal Mail !!! I paid £9 for special delivery and all the company has to do is input the number like I did to see the parcel is back with Ted Baker !!! 11 days and nothing ! Your holding my money ands wrong that orginally you agreed that if I purchase any thing from you’re store it can be returned to the store what a bunch of liars and this was noted on my notes !!’ You cannot raise a complaint as head office will not let you ! The staff are so rude !!! I have been posting daily updates on twitter ang they blocked me !!! As there are so many angry customer !!! Shame on you Ted Baker Mar

Continually cancel orders when the same items are still on the website for sale. I have re-ordered the same item 3 times each time they have been cancelled. Complaints sent to Ted Baker who sent generic response and no explanation.Why advertise items for sale when they don’t have them. Slow to deal with refunds so don’t hold your breath.

Same experience as everyone else: sent back a shirt I purchased full price and only tried on for a few minutes. All tags were attached, I even used the original bags and packaging. They sent the items back to me citing “signs of wear”. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never been treated this way by a retailer before. I double checked to see if I made a mistake but the shirt still looks brand new. They are simply thieves and scam artists. Horrible experience. Also, why are all their customer service agents named Asha or Nisha??? More lies.

Being an avid online shopper, I have come across many vendors' customer service departments. To date, there has been none less helpful than the customer service provided by Ted Baker. From curt, blase attitude towards their customer's concerns, not providing any communication whatsoever about a $700+ refund I'm due for over a month, to quoting policies and not being able to point me to where the policy actually is. The customer service I received from Asha at Ted Baker was truly terrible. I will never shop here again.

RETURNS & REFUNDS ARE TERRIBLE: My review is the same as others below. I'm guessing something happened with Ted Baker customer service during the COVID-19 lockdowns. I returned 3 items ordered online, but I only received credit for 1 item. When I E-mailed the company, they told me the other items were returned by me in "non-saleable condition." I asked where the items were because Ted Baker had kept both my money and the items. They claimed the items had been shipped back to me. I have yet to receive the "non-saleable" items or see the shipping confirmation for them that I requested. Nor have I received a phone call that I repeatedly requested. No representative is available via phone. I will update if I receive them.

Being a Ted Baker customer for years, I'm disappointed with the poor customer service they have in place. I returned some items I bought online to them yet still chasing for my refunds. I have contacted their customer service daily and just been told it's been processed. They are not willing to investigate either. So this is the first time and definitely the last time I will use their online service. I have no product and they've taken my money. AVOID USING THEIR ONLINE.

Paid £8.95 for a next day Saturday delivery service only for the item to be sent standard Royal Mail Tracked24 which is not a guaranteed next day Saturday delivery service. Really disappointed with the misleading advertising if next day delivery items are not being sent with a next day delivery service...

Absolutely love ted baker and find their clothes normally really last! Tried to rerun an obviously fault t-shirt and was deemed to be dishonest and fraudulent despite clear evidence that shirt was faulty. It was £40 out of a £260 order - they refused to replace or refund as they could not resell the faulty tshirt. Utterly shocked to be treated like this by my favourite store.

I ordered a scarf online. It literally came in a packet. Considering the price paid there was no effort in the packing. The item doesn’t look like what it did online. I asked to return and was told at my own cost. I’ve returned and waited 3 weeks and still no refund. I’m told this is being worked on and I will get an email when processed. Never again will I shop here.

I purchased an item in Heathrow terminal 2 for my wife which was too big, since we live in the USA I returned the item to Heathrow shopper service who emailed me on the 16th March to say they had received it and would pass it on to Ted Baker to process the 124.18GBP refund. I have emailed Ted baker customer service who said they can not help because it was purchased in the airport but having no look hearing from anyone else. I know with the current situation in there world that things may take longer to process but a courtesy email to say it is in process would be helpful.
