“I would like to thank Sihle Khumalo ( case manager) who assisted me with ascallating a query about a faulty device that had been to repairs 3 times without getting fixed. I had been struggling with the matter since July 2022 and the store didn't know how to resolve my query. I did a survey and Sihle Khumalo called me to find out why I was not satisfied with the service. He ascallated my query and he made sure that I get assistance. At store level I would like to thank Josiah Mudau from Clearwater for assisting me every time I needed to go to store level for further assistance. They both gave an excellent customer experience. I had really lost trust in the telkom brand but they both helped me restore the trust again. May they continue to give excellent customer service and making sure that customers are satisfied.”
“I did apply for a LTE Router with George at Telkom i had the best service ever so i have waited 2weeks and still don't receive my Router so i start to sending emails out and a gentleman with the name Sam got back to me....
And at the end i got a new Router and its working 100% and i have very good signal...
