“People really need to start paying attention to reviews, it's given for a reason. Telkom is by far the worst ISP ever in life. They bill incorrectly, they never resolve queries. They charge for subscriptions you never signed up for. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM and SCAM of all, these subscription range from R200 to R390 a month, you have to investigate because they don't bother and even when you provide them with proof, they still refuse to rectify their ongoing fraud and theft of customers money. R200 x12 = R2400 a year that telkom steals from customers, multiply that by 1000 customers a month, that is Fre R2.4 million they getting for illegal subscriptions. I would not recommend them for anything contract related. Their good signal is the only good thing about their service. If someone can tell me when last anyone downloaded or had a need to download wallpapers for their phones. that is what their subscriptions are for.”

Haven't had internet for a MONTH, no technician comes to the house. Whenever we phone, the operator says we will escalate the fault, but nothing happens.
Finally we have Fiber in our area, so don't need the landline anymore. Now its almost impossible to cancel the landline. I've been paying for 2 months and am not able to use it. Whenever I phone, I'm in the wrong department. Can only cancel if I log in to my account, but I don't want an account I want to get rid of them.”

“I’ve had a contract with Telkom over the last 24months & renewed itOctober or so last year. A month later I discovered they over debit my account claiming it heir debit bounce. My Bank reversed the debit since that was not true. Now again I discovered Telkom misuses a clause in their contract that if their debit goes unpaid they charge over R200 in penalty. My Bank FNB & I went through all 3 debits, there’s never been a point where my account didn’t have money.However over the last 3 months without me noticing because I don’t keep a watchful on my debits. I was wrongfully hanged penalties. Again FNB reversed my money. Telkom decides to cut me off their services. ..I think Telkom is pathetic & they now with so much competition getting desperate. I’ll never recommend this service provider to anyone. Instead I will spread my experience. Pat Msane”
“Telkomsa Telkom DISGUSTED with your Telkom Business service. I have spent 2 days trying to sort out my account PAID in FULL for all of my shops. Specifically 2 of my branches with your Sales department, you Cancellation department and yr accounts department 2 whole f_cking days in cresta and today via my own mobile +-5 hrs with calls emails and you still get it wronge! despite my email being very clear that only want to cancel ADSL service you have been charging me for 2.5 years that doesn’t work and one line but to keep my Edenvale main line open it has been used for 27 years, subsequently we haven’t been migrated on that line for 4 months. I then get an email response from cancellations saying they going to cancel all my lines in my Edenvale shop, despite my having ordered 2 new products migration of my number and LTE for Internet. I guess intelligence is passed down from the CEO to the rest of the bunch who work for Telkom Business. Disgusted with the whole freaking experience plus the theft of charging me for 2 services that notice was given on for 2.5 years. I have the read receipts WAKE UP, and send staff on communication courses for reading and writing and allocated a manager to yr customers rather than been forced to deal with up to 7 people today in different departments. A nightmare experience!”

Can't wait to end this contract, it's been a nightmare from the beginning”
“The worst company in the world , they debited me R20 000 by mistake then I disputed it moved to R33 000 Eventually they realized they made a mistake 😕 granted my dispute of R19 000 .... since then its like they making me pay for their mistake, mind you I'm in Sales and when they cut off my line I can't work ... I have no more strength in me to fight telkom ... you WIN ... I'll leave and let you run your Business in peace”
“Switch me off over a weekend because of R300 owing (I did not even know it was owing!!!). Billing department is not open over the weekends. 2nd time. They make no courtesy call, no sms to advise you on the money owing etc... disgusting clientele”

This couple of days has been hectic for me.You know not evens once did telkom billing contact me and mind you people in the branch cannot assist you with billing issues.
All that I can say, is that your services is poor - you show no interest towards the customer after I've been a very loyal customer for 6 years.
