The stores are absolutely useless with customer care unable to help sort out queries other than doing new business and not giving the correct details in case a sale not made.enquiring via telephone a nightmare going from depot to department get your act together to benifit the people who keep your doors open too”

All I'm trying to do here is cancel my old contract which had become a month-to-month since the router was stolen. I have since taken a new contract, so how can I be charged for two contracts when the other doesn't exist anymore??? Just to cancel a contract becomes a mission with those untrained consultants who ask you useless questions and struggle to get us satisfied.”
