Worst service ever. They debit my account prior to the debit order date then suspended my number non-payment even after confirmation that payment reflects and I had to wait 5 to 24 hrs for the line to be reconnected. What nonsense.

Such poor customer service. I have a fibre account with Telkom, they keep on suspending my service every month although they are collecting the debit order religiously every month without fail. They keep on deducting the incorrect amount from what is reflected on the statement and then suspend the account for non-payment. This is despite the fact that I called them last month and informed them that this was the case & they informed me that they adjusted the debit amount for the debit order but they have again deducted a lesser amount via debit order and then decided to suspend my service without prior warning

The consultant was the worst rude person I have ever come across worse of it a guy. His attitude u will swear he was resigning. He then hanged up on me instead of assisting me. Telkom network the worst

The call centre guy lied when he called to convince me to take out a contract of 10GB data @ R99 per month. I asked him specifically what will the amount be for the 1st month, will there be any hidden costs,because I had this problem with Telkom before and he replied, " No hidden costs, you will only pay R99". When I received my 1st bill, it was more than r400 and they forced me to pay it. I would not recommend Telkom to anyone. They con people into taking out a contract. The public must be very very careful of them. They conned me twice, how stupid of me to believe this guy. My rating for them is ZERO

Third time I'm double billed in the same month for a future payment which has left my account in negative. Too numerous complaints to mention, horrible, terrible, disgusting service, consultants drops the phone without resolving the problem. Can't wait to end this contract, it's been a nightmare from the beginning

The worst company in the world , they debited me R20 000 by mistake then I disputed it moved to R33 000 Eventually they realized they made a mistake 😕 granted my dispute of R19 000 .... since then its like they making me pay for their mistake, mind you I'm in Sales and when they cut off my line I can't work ... I have no more strength in me to fight telkom ... you WIN ... I'll leave and let you run your Business in peace

Telkom is a biggest scam, I'd advise someone not to join them, I've been overpaying since I joined telkom since they don't bill and they charge me 209 almost every. Will never use this service again

If there was an option for zero star, would definitely rate that. The service at their branches is poor, I’ve been trying to do sim swap with no positive result for the past 2 weeks.

TELKOM LTE wifi not good at all have logged a problem with them on the 19 of October and still no help and eveytime I phone they just tell me a technician was appointed need to wait for them to contact me and still waiting

Switch me off over a weekend because of R300 owing (I did not even know it was owing!!!). Billing department is not open over the weekends. 2nd time. They make no courtesy call, no sms to advise you on the money owing etc... disgusting clientele

CUSTOMER SERVICE& BILLING DEPARTMEN This couple of days has been hectic for me.You know not evens once did telkom billing contact me and mind you people in the branch cannot assist you with billing issues. All that I can say, is that your services is poor - you show no interest towards the customer after I've been a very loyal customer for 6 years. BILLING DEPARTMENT MIND YOU DON'T DO UNTO OTHERS THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DONE U TO YOU.

Telkom is one of the useless companies I had to deal with. They will make you pay extra for no damn good reason. I’ve been paying extra because they don’t debit and they make it my fault. I call them or go to their store but they don’t do anything about it. I regret taking this contract with you people. You are the biggest scammers I’ve dealt with. I’d never advise anyone to use your services🚮🚮

I have been with telkom for over 6years,I was very confident to rate them to other people but not after this month ,the ly debited my account on the 2th of August stopped my service ls on the 27th now I have to wait 14days for them to unblock them,I'm blocking all my 3lines with telkom and thank you to MTN I didn't have to struggle that much telkom is the worst service provider to go for please don't make the mistake I did...

They clearly don't understand or know how to close an account. We have tried twice. Since December 2022 now we have been handed over through their own incompetence. No wonder the rating is so low! I would be embarrassed to work there.
