Telkom is not a reliable network provider, and what they are doing is considered as a scam coz we us our hard earned money to buy data and it doesn't work and the customer service is poor and you wonder why people stop using the network

I've been waiting for my phone at telkcom that was on special up until today no update I have to go to the branch at mall of Africa to check because when Yiu call they don't pick up nothing,You promote special but you don't have enough stock and am going home for festive holiday but no phone it's been more than 2weeks what a low service 💔

When l recharge airtime l loose it without being used and when l check the subscriptions l've got non. I'm so disappointed in Telkom

If I could give zero stars, I would have. Don't let the prce fool you. You pay less, but you get less. Please don't get Telkom Fibre. After numerous calls, you still have no internet. Zero zero zero stars from me

A lady by the name of Gugulethu who is working at dawn park Telkom gave me a very bad service. I went there to do a sim swap but she gave me a simcard that is not ricad and I lost two business contract because of this she has she has a bad attitude towards customers. She is always talking instead of working. Telkom does not need workers like her. She must be fired and give other kids who want to work the opportunity

I am so tired of experiencing bad services from call centre representatives from Telkom it’s almost as if they doing it purpose & they wanna get fired. The guy I spoke to dropped my call after being rude and I had requested to speak to a manager. I was having issues with my services and I just needed troubleshooting. I need this escalated, I went as far as calling back and requested a manager and I was told they are busy no manager got back to me. I’m sick of Telkom I’m so glad I don’t have a contract with you guys.

I have been a Telkom customer for a very long time but their service is tiring , they changed from Admin plus to another insurance contact without informing me as a client i cancelled a policy and they have been deducting my money for the past 4 months i called the call centre no one is helping is there a way of escalating such matters the other lady was very rude in my emails said i wont be refunded because the sent information email ti a wrong number Email how is that my fault? I want my money 😡😡😡i dont even know why am still a customer there !!! My ref is #3556761

The sell use fibre WiFi at 40 mbps download speed but all I get is 4 Mbps Telkom sort your kak out or else people are gonna stop using your network provider, switching to mweb soon cause I are unreliable AF

I would start by saying, telkom is no longer my preferred network provider. They suspended my phone and when visiting their brunch in Savanah Mall Polokwane I was told that my account is in order and I could not even call their customer care since my phone is suspended, They used their sim card on my phone to call their customer care or Billing department and I was told that I owe telkom R188.00 which they are unable explain. The lady told me that I must just pay it in order for my phone to be reconnected. I feel scammed by telkom I will not recommend it to any one even my enemies. All my family members on telkom I will advise them to switch to other network.

tekom 'created' a second account for me after i migrated to a new package. they have been debiting my account with the unauthorised 'contract' since august. they acknowled via e mail that this account was created in error. i,ve made 24 phonecalls and everytime i have to jump through the usual hoops. i,ve now had enough. this same debit order has been raised against my bank account again payable end nov. i will return this and if they dare to blacklist i shall sue them for defamation and emotional stress. NOTE. open serve did my installation. happy with these guys

These people told us that fibre wasn't available in our area and that they would install copper wires temporarily so we could have wifi for the time being. I found this weird because the use of copper wires was being discontinued by Telkom, but I thought they knew more than me considering they work there and I trusted them. They never came. They never said anything either. 2 Months passed and we go to a Telkom store to hear that everything was cancelled because of copper wires being discontinued. Wow... They never had the decency to contact us either. We were without internet, waiting for them to come for months. We're with Vodacom now😜

We accidentally made a short payment. Telkom suspended our service without notifying us in advance. Customer Care personnel are also note prepared tot assist you in your inquiry. I am definitely going yo cancel the contract.

My service is still off after debiting R4200 from my account, its been 10 days, since the debit order, Telkom is really a bad service provider, they keep on putting me through to different people, and no one can assist, No one is assiting, no proper customer assistamce nowhere, my service has been suspended now for 2 months and to date I have been paying in total of 7000,and still my service is off, each month is a different story, I would not recommend anyone really frustating. They are very good at raking your money but delivering on what is advertised is all lies.

First of all, look at Telkom Google ratings, read some of the reviews, and then decide if you want to continue with them………………………………. I was sent a router and SIM card by them. I then tried to explain that there's no signal to my property after testing the SIM on my phone. They even sent a Huawei technician to the property - Huawei provides their routers - who reiterated that there's no signal to be found on my property; HE MADE THEM AWARE OF THIS - he reported back to them as such. STILL, I got billed, month after month after month. Now, remember, I'm not getting any kind of service from them... There was a first month deduction that went off. I asked why this had happened, and the "customer service representative" said that I need to have another debit order go off BEFORE I could query that initial payment!!! I asked her why that was so, to which she couldn't give me any kind of cohesive reply. Just…………..that's how it is. After that "customer service representative", I literally spoke to 30 more of their customer service "specialists", trying to explain my situation, who, the one after the other, simply sent me in a big loop, them being expert at doing so as not to get a negative ratings, probably affects their monthly salary. NOTHING ABOUT MY STATUS WERE CHANGED!! So, long story short - please keep in mind that they're not providing any kind of service to me - they got a credit collection company in touch with me to collect the outstanding monies (KEEP IN MIND THAT THEY'RE NOT PROVIDING ANY KIND OF SERVICE AND HAVE NEVER HAD) still owed to them. Monies "owed" for no service provision!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sooooooooo, because of their utter incompetence, I'm now being threatened by a debt collection company to be backlisted!!!!!!! This is the kind of service you're signing up for.

Most of the time I have to buy data for other network when i have already have Telkom data, just because Telkom looses signal. I even think of porting my number to other network

The worst ISP around Kosova. Their support is 0/10 not helpful at all when it comes to most basic requests. Their internet is not fast at all, I paid for a 100/mbs and got only 10... sadly paid for a yearly deal and have to live with them for a while now. But would never recommend to anyone!
