As an older person, I was assisted at Telkom Tygervalley by a young lady who was always patient, helpful and friendly. Gave us good advice and tended to all our problems promptly. Thank you for your service Ju-Mari.

Needed to go to Telkom Whale Coast Mall, Hermanus to update my details and renew my contract. Got the best service ever from Danusha Frans. What a great asset Telkom has in this young lady. Very pleasant, friendly and efficient. She gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

I went to Telkom Blue Route Tokai on the 17th January 2023. My phone was totally out of wack and I was so frustrated. A young gentleman by the name of Taureeq Abrahams assistant me. He was amazing. So efficient and so professional. Sorted my issue so quickly. Thank you Taureeq. Much appreciated.

Out Of ALL the Telkom branches I went to, Telkom Howard Centre is the most helpful, friendly and transparent. Thank you Shameez, Aashiq, Aimee and Jeff for your excellent customer service👌 The rest of the branches need to be trained by you.

I would like to thank Sihle Khumalo ( case manager) who assisted me with ascallating a query about a faulty device that had been to repairs 3 times without getting fixed. I had been struggling with the matter since July 2022 and the store didn't know how to resolve my query. I did a survey and Sihle Khumalo called me to find out why I was not satisfied with the service. He ascallated my query and he made sure that I get assistance. At store level I would like to thank Josiah Mudau from Clearwater for assisting me every time I needed to go to store level for further assistance. They both gave an excellent customer experience. I had really lost trust in the telkom brand but they both helped me restore the trust again. May they continue to give excellent customer service and making sure that customers are satisfied.

I did apply for a LTE Router with George at Telkom i had the best service ever so i have waited 2weeks and still don't receive my Router so i start to sending emails out and a gentleman with the name Sam got back to me.... And at the end i got a new Router and its working 100% and i have very good signal... Sam and George thanks for all your help with everything i will recommend you to anyone keep up the great work ☺⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦⛦

Had a problem with my internet service and called 10210, went to through to faults and spoke to a gentleman named Michael Van Niekerk. I have to say the service I received from him was excellent 10/10

Awesome network, excellent in my area, but when moving around it does drop , but my lte Wi-Fi at home always runs strong 💪 best network

Just to clarify. My review is based on the interaction I had with a customer service agent named Sinovuyo. I called with a few queries I had on my account and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and respectful. It's not often you get this type of service excellence with Telkom therefore I want to commend this lady. Thank you for your exceptional service and I hope your senior management sees this and use you to upskill the rest of the customer service team. You definitely deserves acknowledgement and even better, reward/incentive for your work. I'm happy.

My contract ended in January 2024. I went to close it end February when debit continued and they confirmed, the next thing Nudebt is threatening with blacklisting if i don't pay.

Telkom is a scam.. i bought a cellphone in cash and my mistake was to insure it with them... after 5years of paying for insurance i then lost my phone.. they declined my claim after 5 months of me waiting and strangely continued to make deductions from my bank account... when i asked why 🤷‍♀️ they then cancelled the insurance.. as if that was not enough... now they tried to deduct even a higher amount of money out of the blue... when i reversed the money they handed me to the credit bereau... imagine... honestly i dont know what they want and why theyre still operating if things are not working for them instead of scamming people like this.. its a shame!!!

I barely have network with Telkom and once I'm connected the network buffer every single day would not recommend if have to rate Telkom perhaps I should rate Telkom -0 the worse network ever

It bothers me daily; Telkom is ripping people off, and I am in paper debt worth 18k. Unfortunately, I was unemployed for about a year and defaulted on my account for two months. I got a job and paid R5k to open my account. In November, In december i was told i owe more and i must pay 40% of my areas after i had payed R4k, i paid another R1.8K, when i clled for my account to be open, I was told it cant be open, because i did not make a singe payment of R5.8K, I must pay another R5.8K, I was hocked, and further on i was told my account in now in areas of more than 8k, telkom doesnt make arrangements, the amount must be paid in full, i Called telkom for more thant a month trying to resolve the issue, every agent has different story for the day, from you can make an arrangement if you agree to pay mor than to installment, or you must pay 40% of your areas, plus current invoice, or no we dont have such pay in full, I asked to speak to a manager because of the agents logged a query in the system, and i had to start afresh, if it was loggd it woud be closed the same day without an explanation, the worse part is that all my family contracts we ending in march, i was about to get rid of them, and one of the agents told me even if your accoount is suspended we still send airtime and data to your phone , so you must pay for it, now the areas have balooned fro 8k to 18k, since January this year, what meks it worse telkom keeps trying to debit my accont without my authorisation exobitent amounts like 14k. the stores cant help they dont have authority to do that. I need lawyers to handle this matter.
