Their free offers requires a set amount purchase in order to claim it. Mysteriously once the purchases are made the free offers disappears. Shame on you Temu!”

“It’s Christmas time I ordered $35.25 it said wont arrive by Christmas so I canceled order. I got a note that if I get a double charge it will balance at the bank, my bank was charged $61.48, temu sent a refund of $35.25 they say they fully refunded me- don’t buy from this site!”

“Customer service is atrocious! I order items for my daughters birthday and for Xmas. Evri lost the order and is not coming. Spoke to them about it refused to do anything until the last day where I woke up with refund. My daughters birthday is a day away and I have nothing. Supervisors are cowards won't talk to you or try to fix your issue. They talk in circles and don't want to give and helpful information or do anything you want to happen. They palm it off to anyone else who the disregards it. It's infuriating, upsetting and provides you with no service at all. Why do they even have one? All they say is we will continue to monitor. You mean like I am now? Horrendous disgraceful! Never again avoid like the plague.”

No one should buy from Temu very bad service , they gave promo with order and some items were free. They never delivered those items . I order in Nov 22nd and they promise to deliver on 26th . Until Dec 13 2024 I was following up with the order . They didn’t deliver. They keep saying am here to help you and hear to satisfy you in every of my questions. No solution give . Suddenly they cancel my order. Who does that . Cheating app . And fake app they are . Poor customer service they are rendering. All questions never get a proper answer. When requested for their management they never offer one . I will never recommend TEMU app to anyone. Don’t buy from them”
“Ordered an item from "Silk Ville" through Temu - although now I suspect Silk Ville's name was pirated and used in Temu. Got a FedEx tracking number and FedEx showed it as delivered. No package. I called FedEx, finally talking to a real person. I gave them the tracking number and was informed the package did not have my name or my address on it! Apparently scammers are now mining FedEx's tracking system to find packages coming to any town, and they send you a tracking number for a package coming to your town, so it appears the package is coming to you. But FedEx's tracking shows only the town, not the street address or the name, so it's impossible for you to know it's yours. The kicker was the "proof of delivery" photo from FedEx: the package was clearly way too small for the item I ordered, and clearly on someone else's dorrstep. Temu refuses to refund my money because FedEx says the package was delivered. A package *was* delivered, of course, but it wasn't my package and it wasn't delivered to me. Beware of Temu, this shipping scam is being used by some of their sellers.”

“Most items in temu photos are exaggerated in size . Company is desparate to sell you immediatly after purchase. Marketing schemes are overly agressive in emails and messages thereby becoming a pest. Prices are constantly changing, usually they are higher after first glance. Free gifts and coupons are a joke as they require additional purchases.Quality on most items is subpar.”

You will spend plus spend more after being told "if you spend a certain amount" you will receive price cuts, prizes, gifts, and more. NONE of that is true. No discounts No free Gifts Nothing.
