“I sent an order thru for 776.00 thinking I was shopping like a billionaire, yeah right, they sent me the products they really have which was some cheaper items that didn't save me any money because the product is made on the cheap side. What they do is send you what they want and pretend to have these great deals and your going to get your drone your RC car, security cameras ect. They put the money back in your account making it look like they are a reputable company but in actuality they don't have the product and make it look like that your credit card company or the bank has an issue with payment. Their lying backstabbing little!!?!?!?????. Should have known better to think this Chinese company was reputable. Was supposed to get a bunch of presents for Christmas but these people are heartless.....”
“I clicked one star, because I don't have 0 start option. This company is a fraud. I placed an order last night, but they don't want you to pay unless you click and check marks saying that your agree with all their terms. I never marked the check marks, but I did played. But they don't send me the receipt of my payment if I don't click the information they want you to be agree with. Nobody has time to read a lot of pages just to buy some cloths. And even if it is a paragraph, I don't like to click information that I don't think I need it just to buy something. “Horrible this year again. I don’t why I used Temu again. Against my gut I shoulda listened to my gut. EVERYTHING IS LATE!! The delivery date keeps changing and gives a huuuge ratio of time in between. 1st Dec 12-Dec21st then an order delay making it Dec22-Dec26th then Dec27-Jan12th when I ordered a lot in Nov there are items that are just now being processed and packed from Temu warehouse over seas. Seems once I did a price adjustment those dates changed even tho it says it doesn’t affect the date CLEARLY THATS FALSE. Our tree will have 5 things under it. Oh Temu track says some items delivered today Dec24 at end of the day it’s 8:45pm Eastern standard time..the Couriers site has a completely different date which is after Dec25th now. Of course I don’t receive the $5 credit for late delivery since it’s a wide given time of dates.TEMU COULD Have AND SHOULD Have DONE BETTER WITH DELIVERY. Yes the delivery companies are right along with TEMU and better more realistic updates should of been made. I WILL NEVER USE TEMU AGAIN.THOUGHT SINCE I WASNT USING AMAZON THIS YEAR TEMU WOULD BE BETTER BUT NOPE 👎👎🤥 some over 7days to almost over a month it’s been/going to be. “I have been trying to withdraw my money since 10th May 2024. No open trades, and I have a small profit.I decided to withdraw money but have also had nothing approved or sent. All bad reviews are correct. Everything you have read has happened to me. Amount in question was 197,808USD. Withdrawal request was made on 9th May again and it was declined by them. I was relentless and I did my own research as well as Informing Police referred to me ACTINVSTLTD as they were able to work on my withdrawal and recovered all my money. l will carry on posting this review everywhere on how A C T I N V S T L T D // C O M helped me recover my lost funds with interest”
“Unfortunately couldn't give 0 stars a complete scam, you have to buy the prizes you've won and then when you buy them you can only use them on certain items for example 160$ off is what is claimed but it's 160$ off on things over X amount like 500$ and when your trying to use it for something you acually need you can't because they don't allow it, one of th3 biggest scams I've seen. I made out with my purchases being very smart and strategic before they could get me I spend around 170$on items I already needed that would have costed me more like 300 but with this I noticed the scams and called it while I was ahead. DONT USE you can find the same items cheaper. 0/5 overall app 0/5 customer service 0/5 for any type of satisfaction with the "app"”
“I have spent more money with temu then any other place, including the grocery store! I have farmed in the farm trying to get"free gifts". Let me tell you, thousands of $$ later, i still haven't watered enough. I almost had it to 100% but suddenly the percentage changed back down to 95.9%. i ordered for Christmas, got double, charged double. returns are too big of a pain to return. Things i didn't order showed up and money taken from my account. Their app and the referrals are addicting meant to keep you hooked on trying to teach a goal that is not obtainable. Referred people who have never shopped temu. Got no credit it for all the stuff they purchased and then my referred person discovered $400 extra missing from her account. Temu use to be a great place to shop but the money earned had gone to their head. Prices have increased to retail prices as well. I uninstalled the app and am going to stop spending my money with temu. They won't give one free gift, and i refuse to spend one more$$ till they do.”
“They give you freebies but you have to spend a certain amount on other things. I just don't understand how it all works, I guess. Freebies, reimbursed, coupons, etc. I bought 2 things with the understanding that I got 2 freebies because I'm a valued shopper, then after I checked out they offer me 4 freebies but now, I gave to spend another $40 to get it. I just don't have that kind of money. I played both Farmland and the other one and I haven't been able to get the freebies. I've been at 95% there but have never gotten any farther on it. I give up. I do have 2 positive.s Their shirts and blouses are nice and the prices are great. They reimbursed me for a broken item but I didn't have to return it. “We ordered a reclining couch that was shipped in the pieces. They all connect together. Seemed a half way decent couch. We've only had it a month and one of the arms has broken on the side. Some kind of wood has broken in half. We are an elderly couple and are not rough on furniture at all. We complained about it and they want us to ship the whole couch back to them at our expense. It would cost us about as much as the cost of the couch to ship it back and they won't refund the shipping cost. We paid over 500 dollars for nothing. Absolutely Do not buy furniture from Temu. We've had good experiences with everything else but this company has no integrity whatsoever. They do not back their products.”
