“I had heard all the negative things people say about Temu being a scam. From my own experience I can say that Temu itself is a 5 star Company. I have within the last 2 weeks had 3 different packages that were claimed delivered and I never received them. Temu within 48 hours refunded all 3 purchases.
I will say that you have to be diligent. Read and reread everything about the description of the item. The picture might exaggerate what you are looking for. This is because of the seller, not Temu. Temu polices really do protect the buyer. If you get anything that isn't what you wanted, Temu offers a free return with every order and it can be one item or the whole order.
Temu has really been great whenever I have an issue. The other thing is that they have a price adjustment program that will refund you the product price is lowered they will refund the difference as a Temu credit.
All in all, Temu is a very good site for great deals but you do get bombarded with offers.”

The one product (a wall hanging that looked blurry except from 20 feet away) that I could not use, they totally refunded. They deliver in the timeframe that they say they will and I am completely happy with this company.”

Promotions are a bit ott and difficult to follow but with delivery free when you spend -£15, I'm very happy.
Delivery is generally good in the order of just over a week with plenty of updates and tracking information and they give credits if they are late.
Goods are similar quality for less then half the price of what you pay in high street shops.”
