“I have been ordering from Temu since Feb of 2023. I have only returned one item and the refund came immediately. I received one $5 credit for an item delivered outside their delivery time frame and everything else has been delivered packaged nicely and in good condition. I am selective with what I purchase but dog beds, dog blankets, engraved dog collars have been high on my list, all I have purchased more than once. I bought a couple of things that were "okay" but the majority of everything I have purchased has been wonderful with solid construction. I don't have knowledge of the negative reviews. I live in California and can only say my experience has been extremely positive. I have also purchased gardening shears, signs for my yard, razors, and bird feeders. The one item I returned was a pair of shoes and they refunded the item no questions.”

“They are clear and concise in their advertising ; be conscious of that and READ descriptions before assuming everything in the display picture is included (or to size/scale.) In my experience the only purchase I didnāt want to keep was very large printed canvas the pixels were too big for my OCD. I sold onto someone else who it didnāt bother. Other than that I have received incredible value, clear communication regarding postage, prompt delivery, rewards and promotions. I am especially happy with the early learning toys I got for my children. They are interactive & well engineered. The deconstructable truck & kidās cooking sets are my favourites. Also great way to stock up on all those things you canāt get enough of ; like socks & hair bands. Love that you can customise certain orders like name puzzles.”

“Everything I ordered arrived very quickly. One should realise that as the goods are so cheap they are not going to be high end. However I found them to be well made, true to size and perfectly acceptable. The materials are not pure wool or cotton but that's a reflection of price.
