“Website was easy to navigate and use. When I had a question, the chat rep was instantly available, had the answer to my question and was able to address the change to my order that I was trying to do. Tent is well designed, constructed to last and lots of fun for people of all ages. Son likes to read books for nap time in the back yard and the first backpacking trip I had quite a few people wanting a tour and interested in adding one to their gear rooms. Great customer service after the sale and an interactive Facebook group for owners of you have a question and the company is present on there as well with answers to your questions. Highly recommend and I'm sure I'll be adding another one at some point.”

“Knowing I was interested in buying a tree tent a friend recommended I check out Tentsile. I was immediately impressed by what I saw on the company's website and the independent reviews I found online. I ended up purchasing a Safari Stingray. So far I'm impressed -- with the company's information, the ease of purchase, swift delivery in the US, and the quality of the product -- and am looking forward to many nights hanging out under the stars.”

“I had some doubts about buying a suspended tents forany reasons, however, after contacting the tensile team, I was not only given answers to my every question, but they helped me choose the best tent for my needs! Even better they offered tips and advice and followed up after my purchase. I am 100% impressed by their product and customer service. Thanks guys!”

“Really nice products. Excellent support and follow through whenever I’ve had an issue w an order of product ( rare). Expensive compared to some other types of camping gear, but worth it IMHO. Be prepared to practice a bit w the equipment before use.”

“Beautifully made 6 person hammock. I have owned a lot of hammocks and this is by far my favorite. Can’t wait to get tears of use out of it!”

“Three years ago we rented a Connect with my wife for one night. It was such a great experience that we bought our own Connect. Now we have used it 3 summers and several nights on our canoe trips on Finnish lakes. We appreciate the possibility of camping in almost any wonderful place on the shores of thousands of Finnish lakes. With the Tentsile we need just a suitable place near water, no need to find some even and smooth ground for the usual tent.”

“My family and I just purchased our fourth trillium. This time we went with the XL to accommodate all five of us. As soon as we opened it, we put it up and enjoyed being in the trees for several hours. I have been extremely pleased with all of the trilliums we have purchased. I am a forest kindergarten teacher and I take the trilliums to the woods at school and stack them three high for the kiddos! Each kiddo has to pass the challenge of being able to flip off the bottom level before they can go to the second level. Once they are able to do the flip, they have to be able to get onto the second level by themselves. The only way they can get on the third level is if an adult in up there. We have had several “meet me in the forest” outings where the parents get to come out and play. The trilliums are always the main attraction! Not only are the trilliums a fun way to enjoy the outdoors, they have also helped my personal kids and my students work on their bilateral coordination, their proprioception, and their vestibular sense. In a world so focused on game systems, kids do not get outside and test their limits as much, which doesn’t seem like it would make a difference in their everyday lives, but it does! Children need that type of input to help with balance, coordination, and it even helps with their ability to focus. Children need to be outside enjoying and appreciating nature! I can’t wait to see how my students enjoy the XL!! We might be able to get half of the class on one!!”

“We gave our teenaged son the 2-person connect for Christmas this year and he LOVES it!! An awesome, practical and adventurous piece of gear that will last him well into adulthood, we couldn't be happier. The company was brilliant to work with as well. A very knowledgeable customer service rep helped me compare and pick the right tent. Shipping was fast & efficient. Comes in a sturdy duffle bag to carry it easily. Completely thrilled with this purchase!!”
