Unfortunately very dissatisfied with the delivery. Most of it was delivered very quickly. But it is not possible to try out the tent yet, because part of the delivery has been missing for weeks.

One month after payment and ordering and nothing has been sent - if it ever arrives, it will be after the summer. Service - not happy. Product Quality - unable to evaluate. Dr Gf.

Buy at your own risk. I did not get to set mine up for use because the poor quality of the strap. The strap unraveled putting it through the ratchet. This was the first time using the product. It would have been nice for the kids and friends to relax on. Now I want a refund. I don’t want a strap which will fall apart with no tension on it and put my friends and family at risk.

I recently (13th Dec) purchased a Safari Trillium Hammock from Tentsile’s own website with an estimated delivery date of 2-3 business days. Unfortunately, two days after placing my order, I received an email stating that this item was unavailable until mid 2023, even though their website had allowed me to select and pay for it. I was told the mesh alternative was available and I immediately confirmed the replacement order as long as it arrives by the 23rd Dec (which was still 8 days away). I was assured that I would receive it one time. It is now the 24th of December and I had to cancel our family camping trip because I had relied completely on Tentsile’s product and their team. There was no prompt resolution to this issue, and upon multiple attempts at contacting their customer service team, I received unsatisfactory responses each time. Currently, they are not replying since they are on vacation until the 3rd January while I am stuck with a £700 paid bill, no hammock, and a ruined NYE plan This unprofessional conduct and lack of consideration for customers is highly unacceptable and I would urge others to avoid using Tentsile as they do not honour their estimated delivery dates and fail to provide customers with adequate customer service.

I’d give less than 1 star if that was possible. This tent didn’t work out for us and when I shipped back according to their return policy (which costed an additional $100) they informed me there would be no refund because it had been opened. So I’m out $1000 and they’ll sell my tent again. And although the idea of this seems cool. It very unpractical as it is like a giant hammock and hard to keep anything in it. It’s also very short and doesn’t provide very much height at all. A conventional style tent will give you a much better camping experience.

Ordered a ground conversion kit for Flite + in sept 22. Paid for it and received an email advising delivery April 23. Stock showed healthy for UK but clearly wasn’t. Customer support excuse was that it is a worldwide site. That just doesn’t cut it for me. There should be the mechanism to prevent ordering out of stock per country. Now Oct 10 and still showing UK stock. Caveat emptor

HI Rob, Thank you for your feedback. Yes we did try to explain that our site is worldwide and there has been an issue which our developers are investigating and trying to resolve asap. As soon as you made the order we contacted you to explain there has been an issue and provided you with some options. You came back to us today asking for a full refund which we have processed and provided confirmation of this, if we have missed anything please contact us so we can resolve.

Product was extremely difficult to set up. Requires a near perfect triangle of trees to set up which is surprisingly more difficult to find than it even seems. Takes a lot of hassle to set the hammock up and then it doesn’t set up like in the pictures, all flat and even, the tension is almost impossible to set correctly so it typically sags in a few places. Customer service was sub par. I returned my product for the reasons above but had to pay 40 bucks to ship it back because they don’t cover the shipping costs for returns. Communication from the company about this did not sound like a “family run business” it seemed like I was emailing a robot. This whole deals been a big pain in the butt. If your don’t essentially NEED a platform hammock tent, then save yourself a whole lotta time and energy because Tentsile’s just been a waste of mine

The product (model Una) is oké built, but does not provide the flat lying base that is promised. I’m lying in a bag, no matter what I do tightening the straps. (I know how to do that, I already own a Connect). Service from Tentsile is very poor. Delays, more delays and weeks extra delays, no message, no communication, and when I email, over the months I get a chain of lies about deliverance. Unprofessional organization.

Hello, I am sorry you feel that we did not communicate enough with you however we contacted you straight after you made your purchase that you had ordered an item not in stock yet, If you were happy to wit great otherwise we would refund you in full. You decided to wait so when the product arrived we shipped it immediately. As for the base not being flat, the set-up is for sure not correct, If you send us some pictures of your set up we can advise what needs to change so the base is flat. I have bought a tentsile flite for my plot in sweden cause it s impossible to put a normal tent on thé ground , lots of rocks , Moss, I m in building process for a summer house ... . Your products seemed thé best choice for my forest plot But . In fact i Can t use it ... It S not really a tent but a hammock . On thé photo thé tent seem enough Big ( 2places ) but thé high it s about 70/80 cm . Inside if you are a childs perhaps you Can sleep at two. ... I m 43years old and my load IS 115km. And i m planned to sleep alone. When thé tent was strapped and hard strapped . At about 1 meters from thé ground . When i have tried to get in, my back touch thé ground Then unusable to me . Bad buy. I will try to sell it on add website

The product looks great and would like to try it however it has not arrived. Ordered 6 weeks ago, reminded Tentsile about my order and they seemed to have forgotten about it. Poor. If there is such a long lead time this should be communicated. It still has not arrived.

So disappointed with the purchase, the first time I picked up the bag one striped ripped where the handle meets the bag. The second time I picked it up the other strap ripped the bag on the other handle. Sorry it's just not good enough.

Una lástima el servicio que prestan, si bien salió una alerta de fraude porque me tocó intentar con varias tarjetas, sus funcionarios (siento que a propósito) me trataron como delincuente, haciendo mi vida más difícil para recibir mi carpa. Duero más de 2 semanas una simple validación ñ, ya regrese a Colombia y aún no tengo mi carpa. Muy muy muy mal servicio.

Purchased 2 tents both had perished rain flys. Admittedly that’s likely the responsibility of the retailer, however as good as ignored by tentsile despite 5 emails to them. I get pretty much daily promotional emails from Tentsile but nothing from the warranty team after 2 months. Not satisfactory.

I purchased a Stingray (3.0), overall the tent is great, but you'd expect that as it's pretty expensive. They could put a bit more thought into their guy rope systems as there are better solutions out there and as I've experienced a single point of failure which can make the tent unusable above 1.5m. My biggest issue is with their customer support and approach to customer service. I followed a Stingray (1.0) setup video tutorial that was not appropriate for my version of the tent. This resulted in all my guy rope hooks breaking, when I contacted customer support they informed me that I followed the wrong video tutorial, although the video I followed did not highlight the significant difference nor that there was a more appropriate video for my version of the tent. After spending £789 (tent and ladder) I was originally advised to spend another £15 for a repair kit! After multiple emails I eventually got them to agree to send replacement hooks out free of charge, 2 months later I'm still waiting for hooks that cost pence making a £699 tent unusable for the activity it was purchased.

We were incredibly unhappy about the very long wait period between when we purchased the 3-person hammock and when it finally arrived. Once shipped, It was sent to the wrong address even though we had assurances from the company that they had the correct shipping address. During our long wait, we were quite frustrated to see the bright, shiny and well produced videos on social media of customers enjoying their beautiful Tentsile products while we waited and waited. Perhaps the company should focus more on their supply chain logistics and less on selling products that are likely to arrive much too late to get much summer use out of.

Hi Bjorn, I am sorry to hear about this isolated error with your order which I will be investigating and will make changes to avoid this happening in the future. Sometimes with the time zone difference between the 3rd party warehouses and the impact covid has had on the warehouses (shortage on labour) an error can be made. Many companies have been effected by the delays worked wide due to the pandemic and I apologise that you have been impacted by this, we do our very best as a very small team to avoid and resolve any issues that arise. Not sure how to pin point what went wrong, but I had a trip planned and ordered the tent and kept getting missed shipped, then and multiple weeks and missing the time frame, I still couldn’t get it, so I was worried I was scammed but they returned my money, but bummed because I really wanted the tent

money first? safety last! the weblocks you sent me has so deep scratches and scarfs that the straps will be cutted! I am so afraid to use this. how the hell can such a poor/dangerous quality leave a company? I guess no money for quality checks, neither for any nor for safety parts. customerservice is also not with tentsile. ordered and paid in January, but still the delivery is not complete. and I never ever got an information (in advance) when the missing parts will arrive. btw:corona, brexit,..., are of course reasons for delays. but I would have had expected at least the information from customerservice that there is an delay and roundabout the best guessed delivery date. Sry that's too poor to leave the customer alone with an uncompleted delivery and no signs when/if the missing parts still will be delivered. I am so disappointed it is hard to put in words

Poor quality of the parts of the tent, e. g. sharp edges in the weblock which (naturally) cuts the straps. no/baddest ever seen customer service. Delivery after 3months is still not complete, still waiting since January for the missing parts, despite you dishonour people of tensile promised it for march. I paid in January. All in all: bad quality, not honest, not fast, not friendly not correct, no service. Very, very disappointing
