money first? safety last! the weblocks you sent me has so deep scratches and scarfs that the straps will be cutted! I am so afraid to use this. how the hell can such a poor/dangerous quality leave a company? I guess no money for quality checks, neither for any nor for safety parts. customerservice is also not with tentsile. ordered and paid in January, but still the delivery is not complete. and I never ever got an information (in advance) when the missing parts will arrive. btw:corona, brexit,..., are of course reasons for delays. but I would have had expected at least the information from customerservice that there is an delay and roundabout the best guessed delivery date. Sry that's too poor to leave the customer alone with an uncompleted delivery and no signs when/if the missing parts still will be delivered. I am so disappointed it is hard to put in words

I am sorry that it seems updates on your order seem to have been missed off from our small team and we are truly sorry for this. In regards totes dangerous products can you please contact us immediately bait this and send us some photos so we can resolve this asap.

Poor quality of the parts of the tent, e. g. sharp edges in the weblock which (naturally) cuts the straps. no/baddest ever seen customer service. Delivery after 3months is still not complete, still waiting since January for the missing parts, despite you dishonour people of tensile promised it for march. I paid in January. All in all: bad quality, not honest, not fast, not friendly not correct, no service. Very, very disappointing

The tree tents from Tentsile are really cool and high quality. Unfortunately my last order was a replacement for a defect tent, and this order got affected by unexpected delays, so it took about 3 months to receive it (and I did not receive any information from customer service about any delays out of the ordinary 28 days shipping time). I was also several times in contact with customer service to avoid getting double-taxed for the replacement, and even after several reminders and being assured they would take care of it, they did apparantly not know how to do it properly as I got this extra charge.. Tentsile has promised to solve the situation, but I spent quite a lot of time dealing with all this extra issues so the customer service did not meet the expectations this time.

I like the ideas you guys have on innovting camping. I ended up returning my order because I never got it out of customs. It was in holding for quite a while, and nobody notified me on it's status and what to do.

Hi Massimo, Did you not get the pole we sent you? We certainly do understand that you are upset that the poles were not inside the tent, but a new set was sent out as soon as you alerted us to this. Tentsile Team

The delivery of the tent took over two months. During that time Tentsile run a special discount campaign, but they did not want to refund the difference even if I the product had not shipped (60€). When I wanted to cancel the order they had shipped the product, surprise surprise. The tensile refund procedure required the sender to pay all the costs which is quite different that other web shops. I am so disappointed to the company that I have not even opened the package. The product may be good, but the season went past waiting for these guys to deliver. Very disappointed.

Yes, during the pandemic there have been some examples where we have fallen short of our own standards - and sorry to hear you were one of them. Due to restrictions on global shipping - especially to Europe - and problems with supply chains, we have been late in delivering to a few customers. I understand the season has now passed, but please accept our apologies and go out and use the Tentsile. Really, I think you will enjoy the experience. They can’t even ship the products they are changing people money for. So disappointed. Month & a half yet nothing. They don’t even realize they haven’t shipped product yet keep sending me emails asking for a review. Didn’t want to trash them in public, but...

Shopping experience was very easy and good. Also shipping to Finland was faster than I thought and carried out by UPS without a problem. I was also very delighted with the customer service when I contacted them about stains in the stingray tree tent. I got a fast reply to my message and the matter was taken care of. Now I'm waiting for a new tent.

The Safari Stingray is awesome! Not only is the tent an eye-catcher, but it is also much fun. The initial setup and later packing may take a bit longer, but youtube has it covered. Delivery to Estonia from Germany took 10 days, which is not an issue as camping needs some planning, however, it would be nice if there were an expedited delivery option. Things to note: The rope ladder was not included - just gotta pay attention when you purchase the tent, that you will add all the needed accessories. Also to point out to check the weight of the tent - the bigger tents are not meant for hiking - rather drive to camp as they may weight up to 14Kg. Plenty of room inside, nice raincover. Never forget to take a sleeping mat and a suitable sleeping bag with you as the floor will be colder than expected. Overall I'm very happy with the tent and would recommend it!

Thanks for the feedback, Rainer. We do find our tents are eye-catching and real conversational pieces. Indeed, you are right - the first few times can take a while to get (up to 40 mins on the first try), and then after some practice, it becomes pretty quick (5-10 mins). We do recommend a mat for underneath. I purchased the 3 person, Stingray, Hammock Tent. Then I went camping alone in the woods., as an overnight experience. I'm 57 years old and I have never been camping. All my skills were learned on YouTube. It was comfortable, easy to assemble and totally cool to look at. Nearby campers were intrigued by the design and versatility. It was definitely a conversation starter. I set up on a slope with shrubs and roots below me. Everyone else had to pup their tents in the open fields. My campsite was private and secluded inside the woodline. I got a good night's sleep without a mattress or pad because the tension was flexible and flat ,suspended in the air. It rained overnight, but I had no issues camping on a slope. I rate my first camping experience as a success. Next week I'm taking my niece and nephew, since I'm an experienced outdoorsman now

So disappointed with the purchase, the first time I picked up the bag one striped ripped where the handle meets the bag. The second time I picked it up the other strap ripped the bag on the other handle. Sorry it's just not good enough.

Una lástima el servicio que prestan, si bien salió una alerta de fraude porque me tocó intentar con varias tarjetas, sus funcionarios (siento que a propósito) me trataron como delincuente, haciendo mi vida más difícil para recibir mi carpa. Duero más de 2 semanas una simple validación ñ, ya regrese a Colombia y aún no tengo mi carpa. Muy muy muy mal servicio.

Purchased 2 tents both had perished rain flys. Admittedly that’s likely the responsibility of the retailer, however as good as ignored by tentsile despite 5 emails to them. I get pretty much daily promotional emails from Tentsile but nothing from the warranty team after 2 months. Not satisfactory.

Our 6 person hammock tore down the middle with our young kids in it one year after we put it up. When I told the company about what happened they told me the warranty is only good for 12 mos. from the date of purchase and they couldn’t do anything for me….not even discount a new one. A $500 hammock should last more than a year in my opinion. Not worth the money or the danger of putting young kids in it. Apparently we should all plan to buy a new $500 hammock every 12 months because they only last that long!

Hi Molly, Thank you for your review however I would like to point out that you have had the hammock since 2019 set up in your back yard, The photos you provided of the damage show that there is UV damage to the fabric and as stated in our manuals the UV exposure is 1500UV hours. We also state that all hammocks and tents should be taken down every 3 months. I offered you to recycle your hammock rather than send to landfill using our program and we would provide you with a 20% discount which can be used in the current sale making it a total of 30% discount. I am sorry that you feel we have not tried to help you however I have done everything I can to help you.

Great idea for a product. Set up was easy. Good customer service. I'm under the impression now after owning it for the summer and fall, that it's more or less a novelty item. Not really built to last. The aluminum poles have to go.. Switch to graphite or something else. Poles keep breaking with no harsh weather. It's a super cool item to show off with. Not made to last IMHO.

Great hammocks and accessories a little bit overpriced for what you get I think they're worth about half of what is being charged when the prices come down on the tree tents will make purchases
