“This is a great product. Made of high grade material not cheaply made and you can tell when you first assemble the tent that it’s durable, made to last and built to handle the stresses of high tension. Assembly is easy and we are thoroughly impressed with our purchase.”

“Bought a Flite recently. No experience with prior tents, this was my first one. It did take me a few tries to get comfortable with the ratchets and not mess up but overall the tent is great. It beautifully designed and is just magical once is set up. To be fair though, buying 2 more ratchets made the assembly way easier but adds more weight in case you go solo. The support is fast and they try to help you out in case of need. I', based in Italy and so far everyone that sees me in the tent gets jealous. It is a great gift so get one for yourself!”

“Tentsile tents are an experience unto themselves. From first receiving the package, to following youtube videos to kearn the relatively easy set up process to finding your first treed campsites, owning one of these tents is an exciting perspective change. I personally think it is entirely worth spending the extra money on the heavy duty versions like the Safari Connect and then leaving them up near your house. You will get significantly more use out of your tent this way and really learn how to enjoy them for your further flung adventures”

“I have a Tentsile Stingray 3-person tree tent with the ground conversion kit (just in case) and an Ocean 1-person hammock. I love them so must that I set them up in my backyard for fun. We have had a wonderful time with them and they work just as advertised if not better. We live in Utah and had concerns about finding spots to use them, bought the ground conversion kit and have not had to use it once. It is surprisingly easy to find wonderful spots even in a desert state with a small amount of effort. We want to get so much more and love to answer everyone's questions when we set them up. The dream is to one day have their ultimate stack and live like tree people on every trip with friends and family.”

“The ordering process was quick and easy and I love, love, love my new hammock. My husband ordered it for my birthday and I've spent quite a bit of time in it over the past month. It was easy to set up and serms very durable. I'm so happy with the fact that it is made from plastic recovered from the ocean, too. Great example of an environmentally responsible company!”

“Best tent ever. Ok, it only works where there are trees and the bag is a bit heavy. But where you can use it, it beats a tent anytime. It combines the good parts of a hammock and a tent. I have an older version of Connect without the added storage nets in the current version. Those I miss, but otherwise I'm happy customer.”

“Hey guys! This hammock is beyond awesome. My wife, 18 months old twins, and I have the best time playing on the Trillium XL. It’s robust enough for us to be care free with all of us on it, easy to set up, and the kids absolutely love looking up at the trees when the wind hits them. The only problem is that they don’t want to leave it so we have to set up shop in sleeping bags for the night (ohhh the inhumanity!). 10 out of a 10 product. Looking forward to many more years of lounging with the gang!”

“This summer I used my new bought Safari Connect 3.0 for a holiday in the Alpes with my family. It's a great tent to sleep in. Much better for my cranky lower back than a normal tent. Because of the high fun rate of the tent and the therapeutic effect for my lower back, there was some discussion with my kids and wife about who was going to sleep in the Safari Connect and who was going to sleep in the normal tent. I am sure the Safari connect will be my standard equipment for my future camping trips. The tent is super well built and not too difficult to hang. Little things I still have to figure out: -how to fix the tentsile sky pads, because they make their own trip during the night. (I saw the inner sheet on the website but I am afraid my tent is not compatible with it). -during the night I have to fix the rainfly well around the innertent because a lot of cold air comes into the tent. Especially the head side of the tent is still difficult for me to close well. Practical tip: use a cross line laser to be sure the tent hangs in a horizontal position :-)”

“I have the tentsile UNA and it is great for 1 person. Keep in mind that it is not for winter or cold weather due to it's intended design. I also have the ground conversion kit and have used it a few times already. So far so good”

“Tent is great, other than it was missing necessary parts, tried to remedy with customer service and was told it would be shipped that day and have for our vacation by end of that week, did not happen. Left tent at home for the trip it was to be on. Sad kids. Checked on with customer service later and was told it to be coming again, been a month...”

“Product was extremely difficult to set up. Requires a near perfect triangle of trees to set up which is surprisingly more difficult to find than it even seems. Takes a lot of hassle to set the hammock up and then it doesn’t set up like in the pictures, all flat and even, the tension is almost impossible to set correctly so it typically sags in a few places. Customer service was sub par. I returned my product for the reasons above but had to pay 40 bucks to ship it back because they don’t cover the shipping costs for returns. Communication from the company about this did not sound like a “family run business” it seemed like I was emailing a robot. This whole deals been a big pain in the butt. If your don’t essentially NEED a platform hammock tent, then save yourself a whole lotta time and energy because Tentsile’s just been a waste of mine”

“Shopping experience was very easy and good. Also shipping to Finland was faster than I thought and carried out by UPS without a problem. I was also very delighted with the customer service when I contacted them about stains in the stingray tree tent. I got a fast reply to my message and the matter was taken care of. Now I'm waiting for a new tent.”
