“Oh man where to start. I bought my una (2nd tent) in june and were looking forward to use it during my vacation. Well thanks to a delivery company we shall not name i got my tent 2.5 weeks after my vacation was over or 1.5 months after i placed my order. But cudos to tentsile team they did whatever they could and they too tried to reason with the shippers. Well in the end i finally got my tent (will have to take an extra vacation to go try it out). Because this wasnt really tentsile fault for tent being so late exept their poor choise of shipper 🙃 i didnt ask for any compensation for my ruined vacation. Awell i still am a big fan of tentsiles products and they are really comfortable to sleep in.”

“This is nice way to spend night out here in northern Finland (during summer😉). You can feel the nature, see the stars and the best thing: without mosquitos! Only problem is FedEx' s slow "service"...”

“The customer service is speedy, price is unbeatable for the quality, the order was just shipped so ill comment on shipping after, but coming from the uk to the us im sure that its not an over night process. I put my order in for a stack, and ordered an extra 3 person cup hatch, not realizing it came with 2 already. So i asked to swap it out with an extra holder pouch before the order was shipped, and they easily swapped it out for no hassle since they were the same price. I will refer this company to all my friends, and i will be buying more in the future. Many pictures to come!”

“Tentsile Una is definitely more comfortable than a hammock, very easy to setup even in hard conditions (trees not aligned, rain) it took me like 7 minutes (my second time with Una). I am really thankfull for this product, thumbs up for Tentsile! Lubomir, Slovakia”

“Have to say, I bought this for my daughter as she likes camping but didn't want to be in a tent and on the ground. The first time we used it she loved it, we got it to the right height and needed to play with the tensioning but once that was sorted, she loved it, the only downside is sharing with a teenager who fidgets a lot!!!!”

“The product (model Una) is oké built, but does not provide the flat lying base that is promised. I’m lying in a bag, no matter what I do tightening the straps. (I know how to do that, I already own a Connect). Service from Tentsile is very poor. Delays, more delays and weeks extra delays, no message, no communication, and when I email, over the months I get a chain of lies about deliverance. Unprofessional organization.”

Hello, I am sorry you feel that we did not communicate enough with you however we contacted you straight after you made your purchase that you had ordered an item not in stock yet, If you were happy to wit great otherwise we would refund you in full. You decided to wait so when the product arrived we shipped it immediately. As for the base not being flat, the set-up is for sure not correct, If you send us some pictures of your set up we can advise what needs to change so the base is flat. We also have many set-up videos hints and tips reach out to support@tentsile.com for assistance.

“I bought a Stingray from Tentsile in June. This is a great tent! Besides the novel "off-the-ground" design, the Stingray is very well made. Its design allows for more exploring the wilderness around you and less fidgeting with stakes, rain, rock and critters. Bravo Tentsile! Greg B.”

“I have been on the search for the perfect sleep outdoors for a while. Have tested other types of sleeping “in the air” before. Tentsile is my end destination. Super comfortable, especially with a pad. Easy to set up. I have the connect mostly for myself. It is just perfect. Support has been super as well. Just a pleasant experience overall and I will shop again!”

“As with most things you see online, you can never be 100% sure about your purchase until it arrives on your doorstep. Unlike other shopping experiences, our purchase of the Stingray 3-person Tree Tent from Tentsile exceeded our expectations! The video tutorials made it easy to set up and take down- even for an individual to take on. However, it is such a streamlined process that even our 10-year-old likes to help- bonus! What is more, we have been able to cut down on our packing by no longer needing sleeping pads & cots as we have used in our traditional tent. One lesson learned- take the time to make sure your Tentsile Tent is level- it makes all the difference in comfort when you doze off at night. Our family LOVES this tent!”

“Having first set it up in the dark, it was not to difficult but was more than what I expected based on the landscape. The main trouble came with weight distribution, since that was not listed in the green set up guide. Once I get the weight distribution fixed I'll put it at a 5 star.”
