Why would you ( tentworld ) email me to leave a review when after coming into the store an spending $460 I get a phone call an get told not come come back into the store come on seriously think about who your sending this to 🤦‍♂️

Hi Mary, Thank you for your review. As per our Shipping & Delivery page, all online orders are shipped from our SE QLD warehouse. The stores have not been equipped to arrange delivery. Wrong item delivered. Suggested rectification further inconveniences the customer. Incorrect item has still not been collected. Bad customer service. Customer beware!!!

Items were not what I wanted but I have to send them back to Queensland from South Australia at my own expense to get a refund. Yet if I take items into a store I can only get a store credit. Absolutely disgusting and I will be looking into the legalities of this rip off. Do not buy from this awful company.

As per our Returns Policy available on our website www.tentworld.com.au, this return would be classified as a change of mind as we sent you the product that you ordered via our website. Goods may be returned to Tentworld's online warehouse for credit or refund, providing the goods are in their original packaging, unused and in new condition within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. All associated freight costs for change of mind returns are at the customer's expense. I hope this has answered your enquiry. I ordered my item online on Monday 30/11/20 after the website said "leaves in 1 business DAY" It left 1 WEEK later when Tentworld engaged Couriers Please. Today is 28/12/20 and I'm still waiting for my delivery. Having rung Tentworld several times, they simply dont seem to care, and just say there's nothing they can do.

Hi , really sorry to hear you're having a hard time getting your parcel delivered. All the couriers we use, we find to be reliable - but unfortunately, sometimes errors in their systems happen & it seems like your parcels having some troubles. Very frustrating & I'm sorry this is happening to you. Unfortunately due to the combination of Christmas and COVID-19, our courier, Couriers Please, are currently experiencing significant backlogs and delays with their deliveries. This has also caused scan events to not upload. Due to a new processing centre being introduced, Couriers Please do have additional staff and facilities and are working hard to improve the processing speed of the orders and clear out the backlog. Your order should be out for delivery shortly and we apologise again for the delay and disappointment here. The tent was extremely slow in being delivered even taking CoVid into account. When it did arrive it was damaged and was eturned with the courier. I emailed tentworld and I am still waiting in a response.

I would use a new courier service if I were you " Appalling" the service I received. Received my 3 weeks after order. Picked up on the day and held on Sydney for 3 weeks. Had to buy a new bed for camping. Ot arrived while we were away. In the rain and soaking wet. Not under the carport as requested. Disgusting service

Your delivery courier service sucks. You state 3 to 4 days delivery on your web site and by your own admission you can’t do that. Delivery tracking was unavailable

Disappointed only one of the 2 items- ordered at exactly the same time, on the same invoice, has turned up..... the tracking link shows nothing.... even though I have been charged!!! So much for that Christmas present

The slowest delivery with no help from tentworld. Took a full month from order to delivery after 5 inquiries on the order.

Re. Smartex pop up shower ensuite Disappointed with quality considering the price. 1. One of the legs kept unclicking, even in low wind. They feel very flimsy so I expect them to break easy. 2. The one I bought was missing sewed in loops to change the hanging of the towel and soap holders (between each compartment) . When in store I went to the trouble of testing it, hanging them in both compartments. It wasn't until I was already camping I realised they were missing so now it's used. Hope someone wants a 2nd hand one, because now I'll have to buy a new one fit for purpose and be out another 200 bucks. Not happy.

I’d love to review the toilet I bought from the tentworld website, but it’s sitting in a depot somewhere waiting to be delivered 17 days after it was picked up from Brisbane, and 3 days after the toilet chemical I bought at the same time was delivered. I’m not suggesting this is entirely tentworld’s fault, but I don’t think they’ve done enough to sort out the problem with their courier.
