Originally ordered a tent and a mattress. The order was suppose to arrive on the 12/12/20 and didn’t actually arrive until Christmas Eve. The tent was amazing however, upon opening the mattress we discovered that they sent the model down. We then arranged for the incorrect mattress to be picked up and the correct mattress to be sent on the 2/01/21 and it never happened. Ended up requesting a refund for the product and ordering it through Snowys. The correct mattress came from snowys in 3 days without express shipping. I would not recommend tentworld to my worst enemy. Snowys was soooo much more efficient.

I ordered a 120ah battery and got sent a 100ah battery. Took way too long to finally get the 120ah.

Ordered Coleman chair on 25/11/20. Has not yet been delivered by 4/1/21. Does not bode well for anything but a very poor rating

Sold me goods online that they did not have in stock! Awful customer experience, ring ahead before placing an order if you are buying online. Tentworld offered for me to pay $170 to upgrade into a chairs product they did have in stock - not acceptable!

Rubbish experience with tentworld, took 8 months to get my chair I ordered and after 2 months of waiting I rang and asked were it was and they said it was on back order until October, it’s now the 2/1/2021 and I still haven’t got it yet. Never getting anything from this place again. Don’t know how you can run a business like this.

All the couriers we use, we find to be reliable - but unfortunately, sometimes errors in their systems happen & it seems like your parcels having some troubles. I ordered a LHS foxwing awning online and after 3 weeks it finally got delivered only to be a RHS awning. I was not impressed that the store closest to me would not exchange it for the right one so now I will have to wait for it to be sent back then they will have to send me what I ordered

Tent says it's wind tested up to 100kms.. went away. Had 25km winds and tent snapped in 3 places. Not worth it.

Ordered goods on the 8/12/2020 still have not received the parcel. It is now 31-12-2020 Contacted Tentworld but have not heard back yet

Why would you ( tentworld ) email me to leave a review when after coming into the store an spending $460 I get a phone call an get told not come come back into the store come on seriously think about who your sending this to 🤦‍♂️

Wrong item delivered. Suggested rectification further inconveniences the customer. Incorrect item has still not been collected. Bad customer service. Customer beware!!!
