My order was meant to be sent the same day as stated orders befor 10 get sent same day but took 2 day to send order then was in transit fir a a further 4 days and was and every day was saying it was out for delivery.

I purchased a tent a month ago and I'm still waiting for it. Unfortunately Tentworld has not been able to solve my problem.

I purchased online an Oztrail Ultimate AW Stretcher queen, an elevated tent for 2. What arrived was was the Oztrail easy fold stretcher BED (NOT a tent)! Two days before our camping trip, we decided to load our xtrail our newly purchased tent. My heart sank when I saw a stretcher and NOT a tent delivered. Unless I’d like to stare at the stars at night, the next day I went through the hassle of driving more than an hour away to their one and only shop here in Melbourne to exchange for the item I paid for. Fortunately, they had the item available. Shop exchange was easy as I called Queensland first (where the item was shipped from).

Worst customer service at tent world Kawana. Very annoyed as I’ve always been looked after until this morning. The young lady that picked up the phone is rude. The guy that served me has no idea what he’s doing. Please employ people who know what they’re doing and offer good customer service.

Team at Tentworld were awesome. Product not in store as such we ordered it online. Experience we have had with Toll has been atrocious. Tent ordered on 27/12, today (23/1), we still do not have our tent. Multiple phone calls, multiple service consultants, supervisors and managers we have spoken to. We have been and gone on our camping trip (without our tent) and we still have not received our delivery.

Bought a Coleman All Terrain Double High Mattress in July - have just taken to first camping trip at Fraser Island and it went straight down overnight- have tried the detergent spray test to look for leaks and can see no bubbles forming but it has still lost at least half it’s air overnight with no weight on it. Not a fun camping trip!

OZtrail Commercial Deluxe 4.5 Gazebo - Bought this from tentworld 2 years ago. The canopy for this particular gazebo does not last well and leaks all over after 18months. Have used the marquee approx 2 dozen times (rarely in rain) Not sure if I got a dud from tentworld as there was some markings on the canopy when purchased. Tentworld offered me an exchange which meant I wouldn't have the gazebo avail when needed or $50 voucher. I declined and am now in a position of replacing the canopy. Have had a bunnings Oztrail for years and the canopy is still going strong.

I placed an order 10 days ago scheduled to be delivered on 07/01/21 and I'm still waiting. I contacted Toll to follow up on the delivery and they can't even find a parcel attached to the tracking number provided by Tentworld. I have emailed TW and this is their reply "The current estimated transit time is around 6 - 7 business days. Please note it is only an estimate we can not guarantee it will arrive within that time frame due to the current increase in parcel volumes the courier companies are currently experiencing." I have not received a "sorry we missed you card", call or email from the delivery company.

I was told my reserved item could be picked up at the appointed time on an appointed date. In fact the item was not in stock and I was sold the display item which is a bit worn. The cover up was disappointing. I thought some honesty was wanting.

2nd time I have ordered and waited months for my deliveries- even though items show they are in stock . Happened in 2018 and my daughter missed out on having her present under the tree . This year ordered around August/September and after several follow ups did arrive just before Christmas- however if I didn’t follow up unsure if that would have occurred. Disappointed customer

I have been very unhappy with my experience of trying to purchase a Coleman Northstar Instant Up 4 Lighted DarkRoom Tent. I originally placed an order online on 19/11/2020 and despatch was showing as 2/12/2020. This didn't happen and a new date for despatch changed to 01/01/2021. I requested a refund which I received. Later when I checked online the tent was showing as in stock and available. I phoned the Fyshwick store and ordered one for pickup on my way to my holiday on 24/12/2020. The tent did not arrive at the store and then appeared as out of stock once again. It is now showing as despatching on 01/02/21. Two despatch dates have passed by without any tent supplied. This has taken up a lot of my time and many phone calls and I still don't have the tent I ordered nearly two months ago. I will be requesting another refund and this time I will purchase the tent from another supplier. Stating despatch dates on your website which are not met is misleading and frustrating for customers and messes us around a lot.

I found the process poor ... I went to a Tentworld store with a gift voucher only to be told that my voucher was not redeemable in store and only available online (where I had to pay for postage). The store manager looked at me and said that it was "self explanatory". I then looked at the web site and it said I could reserve the item so I said that I would pay for it online and reserve it to pick up in store .. nope. Sorry but if you have a gift voucher it should be redeemable either in store or online like every other business that has bricks and mortar and an online presents. I would have thought that in the current environment that you would have a click and collect option .. This was my first interaction with Tentworld and unfortunately it was very disappointing.
