Great shop, fantastic sales staff, brilliant products, however the shop in Midland felt like I was walking on the surface of the sun, it was so hot as the aircon doesn’t work which made the whole experience very poor.

Hi David, really sorry to read about your recent experience in our store. I've just spoken with the team in Midland and they're telling me their AC is really struggling in the humidity currently. Sorry about this - we're looking into how we can improve their performance now.

I purchased a washing machine what was meant to be brand new, it had issues when it arrived including signs of mould and I was informed I would be offered a $20 refund only. On using the machine and it breaking on the first use, and asking for a refund due to the extra signs of mould and the fact that the machine does not work I have now been offered a refund after organising to spend a full day waiting for the driver to pick up the machine as I couldn’t be given a time frame shorter then “business hours”. The fact that I was sold a clearly used and returned machine that does not work is not a good sign of the business.

Ordered a Hema navigator as a gift. It was too big to mount on the windscreen, which would cause visibility problems. Tentworld would not refund or credit because it was 5 days over their 14 days return policy. There was no return policy noted on the invoice but apparently I was supposed to read it online before purchase. We have shopped there many times but not anymore. I only gave 1 star because it arrived 5 days after ordering . I guess I lost 5 days there already with their policy. Buyer beware if you need to exchange anything

Item was lost in the mail,Tentworld asked me to print out a legal binding letter and post it back to them stating I had not received the item. Australia Post can check the item was received or lost and Tentworld is covered by this, the customer should not have to physically print out a legal letter over an item worth $50. Live and learn,Tentworld Online department is seperate to the stores so my advice is go to the Store to buy it as the check store for stock option is seperate to the actual store having the item as all online items come from Queensland so if you are buying in perth expect a month wait on delivery.

I never recieved my tent $800 after paying over $100 delivery they claim the delivery company left it at my door because I didn’t opt out if it being left at my property unattended. Surely you would need to opt in for it to be left unattended by the other way around !! I’m still trying to get my money back !!

The only good thing about my experience with Tentworld was the actual purchase process and the engagement with your support/services team. You are currently using Couriers Please to deliver your items, they are irresponsible and highly unreliable. It took them over two weeks to find the missing items and deliver them. They even forced a delivery even tho you and I asked them to cancel it and return to sender. I had to pickup this items from a newsagent and then start a return to sender again. I noticed that you used Toll to return the items to you and even then they failed to show up on the agreed date which meant that I wasted a full day at home waiting for them to show up. I will NEVER again purchase anything online from Tentworld. Snowies were able to deliver in less than 3 days and they offer similar prices for the same items. Sorry for the brutal review but I’m am being very honest. I hope you fix this issues in the future. F

no communication when tent arrived would not purchase again from tent world I left a hundred dollars deposit for camp kitchen you can have the 100.00 dollars

Supposed to be a Christmas present. Had ordered it nearly two months before. It finally arrived mid January. They kept changing the delivery date with no reason. Customer service was appalling. But I am happy with the product. ☹️☹️

I really struggled to get good service. The people behind the counter were more interested in the processes they were following than setting expecations with customers and talking to people. I will shop else where as I found it really disappointing and this has happened each time I have gone in there and each time I give it the benifit of it being busy or some other reason. Sorry but you have lost a customer.

The OZtrail Kakadu Jumbo 8 Position Chair with Side Table was a popular clearance item and we did our best to cover the demand of this with the limited stock that we did have remaining from the supplier. Unfortunetly demand was a little higher than supply due to the clearance price and we do apologise. I hope this has answered your enquiry. My Thetford Electric flush toilet arrived looking good, However, the problem is mine was delivered missing crucial components like the water cap and waste tank cap, making it completely useless. Also missing was the funnel and seals. Thought it might be an easy fix, not so. I've had this product two weeks without a resolution from tent world, keep getting fobbed off. Told I can't get a refund because it is only small components, which is untrue when you research consumer legislation. Yeah, give it a miss! Come on guys your product support and customer resolution is letting you down.

I've taken a look and have been able to find your support ticket - it seems that we've been grinding gears with Thetford on this one for far too long and should have escalated this much sooner. I received a partial delivery of my tent from toll. I had to wait 3 weeks for the missing item to be delivered. I had to email/call toll/TentWorld multiple times to get a status update on this issue, there was no transparency or offers of help. Even though TentWorld sent all items promptly and toll was at fault for the delay, I believe that TentWorld should have done more, I expected you to send me the missing items separately and deal with toll independently instead of making this the customers problem.

We recently bought a Coleman darkroom tent and a few other items .. went away over summer and unpacked the tent for the first time to find the LED battery pack that lights up the tent ( the whole reason I bought this tent) was not there ... I hadn’t packed lighting as it was part of this tents function...when I rang tent world in Ferntree gully the staff member was so unhelpful... said he had a spare one but wouldn’t send it to me .. I had to pick it up... 1 1/2 hour round trip .. or maybe he would send it to me? I’m still waiting to hear and feeling pretty disappointed in the lack of help....

To date, 27/1, I have only receive 1 of 5 items I have ordered and paid for. I have contacted both your customer service and tolls without any resolution as to when the rest of the order will be arriving. So at this stage I am very unhappy with the customer experience.
