Recently purchased a yamaha 3000kva generator online for my up and coming travels around australia in a caravan with my wife and baby. After purchasing i discovered that the unit size was too large to store in the back of caravan. So i called up head office explaining my sistuation and what product i bought and the size i was after. I hadnt recieved the item yet but wanted to make sure if it was ok to return the item once i did recieve it. I was told that i could take the generator to my local store and they would be able to help me start the return process from there. So after i got off the phone to head office i called my local store just make sure and they also had no problem with it. So in trust i was able to return the item i bought the size down from the origional generator as soon as i could as stock is hard to find and we leave on our trip around oz in 2 weeks. The day after recieving the origional generator i took it to a local store for the return. To my suprise they told me i wasnt able to do so, so i called back to head office and spoke to a rather smug person on the phone who was to no help and all he said was its our online returns policy and pretended his computer froze so he could put me on hold while he discussed it with his manager. After i explained to him i was advised not once but twice that i was going to be able to return it, all he could say was its our online policy then remained silent. Then says i was breaking up when ever i spoke after. So this is how tent world treats their customers who spend thousands of dollars with them. I am now $5700 into a generator and stuck with a unit usless to me. Money that would help my family and i live on the rd. Not a happy customer and i will never shop at tent world again, nor will anyone i know.

Product was excellent but for some reason your transaction or the way you did it made the bank put a hold.on our account and we were without money for 24 hours. We contacted the bank and they said it was the way the transaction went through

Product seems good although needed replacement after first use due to tear. Customer service from Tracey very good. Tentworld processes, particularly around sustainability an absolute disgrace. Refer my emails with Tracey if you can be bothered.

In a word 'terrible'! Tent didn't arrive inside 5 business days. In order to make camping trip had to go to Tentworld in Punchbowl (1.5hrs from where I live) and 'PURCHASE' another one so I could go camping. Original tent arrived while I was away and now I have to find time to get it back to Tentworld and get a refund! Tentworld - here is what youj could do: 1. Apologize for the inconvenience 2. Offer to pick the tent up from my office 3. Reimburse me ASAP for the original tent

Received new tent with damage to bag and fly. Solution initially was to tape and to repair. After back and forth both were replaced.

Services very bad, I buy tent coleman swagger 3P model but you don't send original box to me. You send coleman tent instant up 10P box very big. Making the shipping cost very expensive.

Looks like a great product however the colour of the product we selected didn't turn up and was advised by their customer service nothing they can do "Please Note - Colours May Vary" Very disappointed.

I was really disappointed in your voucher system. I bought it for my son for his birthday. There was no option to put a message with the voucher . I put his details in and it was supposed to be delivered to him. He didn’t mention it so asked if he had received it. I started looking when he said no and found it in my junk mail folder!! If I hadn’t checked it would have been lost. I wouldn’t use that again.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My tent didn’t arrive one & a half weeks after ordering online from QLD. Tentworld requested I go to the Punchbowl store 20kms from where i lived to get a replacement. Made me PAY FOR ANOTHER TENT ($1000) and asked me to return the tent once delivered by TOLL for a refund. Massive waste of my time and money with little to no solution or recompense offered by Tentworld. I now have 1 tent that has cost me $2000!!

Hi Damon, Thank you for your review. We held the tent for you at our Punchbowl store as a backup just in case Toll did not deliver by the time you needed it and took it out of circulation so that other customers could not purchase it. Regarding the funds, as the one you ordered online is not in our hands we are unable to touch the funds allocated to your order. As mentioned over the phone as long as the tent is returned in-store in brand new, unopened, unused condition within 14 days of delivery, we are more than happy to arrange a 100% refund back to your original payment method. Product did not live up to expectations based on product advertising. Was told my expectations were not in line with what I could expect from the product and could 'pick it up or whatever' and call the supplier myself.

It was fantastic place order in July and get it in April with nothing else to say sorry for the delay. When they got here we do need them anymore we brought others in December
