The stretcher bag zip was faulty, but when I messaged you re the problem, I was fobbed off. The zip is faulty, end of story, but you wanted more. I think it's just to put people off. Well done, it worked.

Both staff I spoke to in the call centres interrupted me when I was explaining what I was looking for. The shipping information says “free to most Australians” when in fact its only free in certain limited locations. Misleading advertising I felt. Will never shop with them again.

Bought this a couple of years ago for 8-week Simpson Desert trip to use with our Oztrail self-inflating mattress. After the first week the bar down the middle became so uncomforable we resorted to placing folded towels either side to reduce the pain. The more you use it the worse it gets as the fabric stretches over time. We aren't big people but if we were it would have stretched even quicker. We wish we'd never bought it and are on the lookout for a replacement. This is our 2nd stretcher...no more!

When items purchased everything was in stock. Informed later that more than half items on back order. Still waiting for rest of order. Asked for everything to be mailed together rather than receiving multiple posts. As a result on lot of goods is missing in post and I have to track down. Think I'll be giving you my business again?

The order took weeks longer than I was told and when I received it it had a broken handle and cracked base The resolution is not to my satisfaction

If I could, I would give this matress zero stars. Took it out for the first time on the weekend, allowed to inflate as per instructions and was left with a matress surrounded by a giant air bubble, the top is not attached to the foam inside, so each time you lie on it, the air shifts and you end up sleeping on the ground. Even worse, when you are sharing with someone, one of you ends up in the air and the other in a sink hole or you roll into each other in the middle. If you want the worst nights sleep ever, buy this mattress. I called to see if this was a fault with the product and perhaps could have it replaced and was told no, this is just how it is. I feel completely mislead and ripped off, especially for the price. I absolutely do not recommend this matress. Get yourself a regular blow up air matress and save yourself the bad sleep and wasted money.

Purchased a queen size sleeping bag. The fitted part to secure it to the mattress tore instantly we attempted to fit it. The supposed canvas was thinner than tissue paper. Complete waste of money. Really ticked off. The dashboard mounted phone holder with the magnet wiped out my partners building fob when they were in his pocket together. So now he can’t let himself into our building. Pretty ticked off about that too.

Had a bad experience with your customer service phone hotline when I rang to check in on the order after being notified that it was actually out of stock. The man I spoke to was unhelpful and a bit rude, and I had to ask several questions to get any information from him. It left the impression that tentworld don’t care about their service. I’m unlikely to shop there again. I did have a second phone call 5 months later with another man who was helpful, not sure if it means there’s varying standards of customer service or not.

Item took about 9 months to arrive. It sounds to me like they just didn't bother getting it from the warehouse as it was only a $15 item. I kept getting "it's delayed" emails every 2-3 months, until I accused them of the above- then it appeared in the mail almost straight away.

I’d have to say very very poor. If I’d known when I ordered the product how long it would take to arrive I would have canceled the order. Initially they said it was in stock then it wasn’t then it was delayed then delayed again and then again. Sorry guys very poor and not worth recommending to anyone. When it was delivered got delivered to the wrong place and had to travel 60km to collect it. Not sure anyone would rate this as anything other than poor.

Whilst the product is superb the couriers were abysmal. The parcel was despatched on 12th May but the promised delivery was 3 times extended until we had to fight for delivery on 27th May while they were attempting a further extension. Why do you persist with this company don't you care about your customrrd

Bought 2 Darche sleeping mats from here . Both are usless! One went down forst use ans the secxond one affer 3 uses. DONT SELL RUBBISH

Ordered 3 items in November last year, two of which were an Oztrail tent and also an Oztrail gazebo. Upon pitching the tent for the first time (on the trip itself - we live in a flat so are unable to pitch it here to inspect it) we found several holes on the ground of the inner fly, which let in water during the trip. Tentworld replaced this, however, upon pitching the replacement there were holes again on both the ground and mesh of the doorway. Tentworld not only refused to replace this clearly faulty product, but actually laid blame upon us, indicating the damage was our fault on account of rocks and twigs (it was grass) and fire damage (there had been no lit fires - it was day time at Easter) respectively. As seasoned campers this was incredibly disappointing. Both this tent and Tentworld had positive reviews, therefore why the product has been faulty on two occasions is anyone's guess. Sadly I cannot say the same for the customer service department at Tentworld. We were offered a patchup kit, however having lost all faith in this supposedly excellent product, at this stage nothing less than a refund would have been acceptable. After writing a complaint letter we were then ignored until further prompting. To add insult to injury, the release button to extend the legs on the Ozworld gazebo we purchased became stuck on it's second use - to have use of the product we had to use a stick to support the frame. With this ongoing tent issue it felt like I could not request a replacement frame. Six months on, no resolution, $840 down. Two trips tainted with neither a tent or gazebo fit for purpose for the future. Certainly will not be using this brand or company again.

Very disappointed with the young girl that helped me on Saturday. I bought the last stretcher which was a display. She had no interest in packing it up and ended up bending the slot in the end of the tube when she ripped it out. Definitely won't be shopping here again.

I went to the Toowoomba store 2 days ago and was confronted with the Covid check in app.Why are you doing this as it not necessary.I have spent a lot of money in this store and from now on I will never purchase anything from you.

So disappointed. Parcel delivered incorrectly. In spite of quick response and promise it would be redelivered. I’m out of pocket $60 and got nothing! Have a lot of camping gear to buy... somewhere else!

Not happy took about 6 or 7 months to receive my item my opinion is they shouldn’t sell stuff if you can’t order it in and have it in stock very poor service tent world don’t think I’ll be buying anything else through you guys
