“I used the Tesco grocery home delivery service for the first time this week, this was for delivery at my mother-in-laws home in West Ogwell, Newton Abbot. She suffers from hearing issues and demenia and did not answer the door to accept the delivery. Matthew the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure the delivery finally got to her. We live in Surrey, 120 miles away but he called my mobile several times to devise a plan. After dropping all his deliveries he returned to my mother-in-law's address and with the help of a neighbour and carer made sure the drop was made. I cannot praise this tenacious man enough, above and beyond where many others would have returned to base with the shopping.”

“Almost always on time. Drivers always bring stuff through to kitchen. Will sometimes give higher grade replacements for better quality items. Website very easy to navigate. It is a massive timesaver for me to have delivery.”

“TESCO CHARCOAL PRO TOOTHPASTE. The best toothpaste product I have ever came across. I have tried thousands of different toothpastes, whiteners etc and nothing compares to Tesco’s own pro toothpaste. It totally puts Colgate and the rest to shame. I have had issues with my mouth for over a year now and due to a hole in my gum I get a horrible taste that no toothpaste takes away bar Tesco’s pro. I highly recommended everyone in the world to use this toothpaste as it completely cleans the mouth and gums. I have to brush my teeth around 10 times a day with normal tooth past include Colgate and other big brands but with Pro I literally only have to do it around 3/4 times and that’s only if I eat. Very impressed with this product and I hope it stays on shelf’s forever”

“This company has used their long experience to make buying a simple process. They are willing to resolve one's purchase problems without any problem. If you buy an item from them, just ensure not to cut off the tags unless you are double sure that it not be returned. Just test them and if you're not satisfied return them and TESCO will replace or refund.”

“Fantastic service by the petrol kiosk staff at Tesco Chepstow on Wednesday, they couldn't help me enough when I had a slight problem - they are the unsung heroes there. Thankyou Kerry and staff, face to face customer service at its best!”

“I visited the Llandudno Junction Store over the weekend and was really impressed at how clean it looked. As soon as you walked through the door the floor looked like an ice rink so clean and shiny. All too often the cleaning staff of any store get overlooked, massive compliments to these cleaners”
