BUT, trying to order a Finest Meal Deal today is proving impossible as no desserts are available, thus discount for ordering all 4 items cannot be made. Was told on the phone that they check things regularly several times a day and will make changes, butnothing over last 8 hours!!”

“I was one of the lucky people to get an online shop from Tesco. I haven’t been well so self isolating. I asked for shopping to be in bags which it was and even came 10 mins early. Mark, the delivery driver was very courteous and said if there was a problem to contact customer services-thank you Mark. Only issue was that the milk I’d ordered had leaked a bit but don’t think that was Mark’s fault and nit a big problem, just grateful I could get an order delivered. Thank you Mark and Tesco 😊”
“why is it what made you happy ? what about what made you angry ? parked 1 hour to long at Elgin got a Tesco fine, spent approx. £70 at Tesco + plus the fine been shopping at Tesco for years fuel/food/drink/other goods, yeh that makes me angry”
“I called in at Finden Tesco (not my usual store) and Luke was extremely helpful in supporting me to find goods.
I was surprised to find a well stocked store with a great variety of tempting Christmas goodies which I could not resist buying.
I will look forward to returning soon”

“Tesco online delivery service is very good, if a product I ordered isn't available Tesco send an alternative and if I don't want to accept the it goes back to store.
On the rare occasion a product is poor quality I send it back and my money is refunded without problems.
The delivery staff are very helpful and pleasant and they are part of the reason I choose to shop with Tesco .”
