“I recently purchased a Rolex Sea-Dweller, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The watch was exactly as described—if not better. The condition, authenticity, and attention to detail were outstanding, and it was clear that they take tremendous pride in the watches they sell. Communication throughout the process was prompt, professional, and transparent. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt pressured at any point. Buying a luxury watch can sometimes be intimidating, but they made the process enjoyable and completely stress-free. The Sea-Dweller itself is absolutely incredible and has quickly become one of my favorite pieces. It’s obvious that customer satisfaction is a top priority here, and that level of service is becoming increasingly hard to find. If you’re considering purchasing a watch from them, do it with confidence. This was one of the best buying experiences I’ve had, and I can say without hesitation that I’ll absolutely be purchasing another watch from them in the future. Highly recommended!”

“Let me start with this simple statement: Carlos made it happen for me, and I cannot recommend him and Rolex Scottsdale by The 1916 Company highly enough. I had been searching for this specific Rolex for nearly two years and had visited every Rolex authorized dealer in Arizona. Throughout that process, I often felt like I was not being taken seriously as a buyer, especially because I almost always brought my daughters with me. For me, this watch is much more than a luxury purchase. I have always dreamed of owning a Rolex, and I wanted my girls to be part of the experience. My hope is that one day this watch becomes a family heirloom, and they will remember not only that their dad wore it, but that they helped him choose it. When we visited Rolex Scottsdale, Carlos immediately made us feel welcome. He treated my entire family with genuine warmth and respect. To my surprise, they had my grail watch available to view, and after hearing the story behind why it meant so much to me, Carlos told me he thought he could make it available that day. I was stunned. What happened next is what truly set this experience apart. Carlos brought my family into the Rolex room and made my daughters part of the entire process. He engaged them in the conversation and helped create a memory that all of us will carry for years to come. After two years of searching and seriously considering the grey market, Carlos made it happen. More importantly, he made my first Rolex purchase feel truly special. If you are looking for a Rolex and want an experience that is every bit as memorable as the watch itself, ask for Carlos.”

“Sir/Ma'am, I discovered your company some time ago and decided to pay a visit. With several upcoming professional and personal milestones to celebrate, I chose to stop by the Rolex boutique inside the store. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the Rolex concierge, Charles Chaikaew. From the very moment I met Charles, I was struck by his genuine sincerity and professionalism. His communication style immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in registering my name for a Rolex timepiece. To my surprise and delight, Charles later contacted me to let me know that the Rolex watch I had registered for was available and waiting for me. I was absolutely ecstatic. Charles and The 1916 Company made these important milestones in my life even more memorable. When I returned to pick up my timepiece, Charles created an incredible experience that I will never forget. Not only was he exceptional, but every member of your team—from the concierge staff to the associates throughout the store—was courteous, welcoming, and genuinely kind. “I had a great experience with Jason Mane. He went out of his way to secure the timepiece I wanted on a friday evening / afterhours no less. He communicated well, and I felt extremely comfortable making a purchase with him despite not seeing the watch in person. The experience was so good that I ended up buying a second watch with him within 1 week!”

“Stopped by the store with my fiancée while searching for a his-and-hers set of watches, and we had an outstanding experience. Our representative, Amad, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to educate us on the brands we were considering and provided valuable insight that made us feel confident in our decision. A few weeks later, Amad contacted us to let us know my fiancée’s new watch had arrived and was ready for pickup. “My wife and I made an appointment and stopped in the 1916 Ardmore store last week to have several watches repaired and to research new watches for a possible future purchase. Our sales associate was Joe Ni. He was incredibly knowledgable and more importantly kind and attentive. He reviewed each each of the six watches that we brought in and made individual suggestions for servicing and/or repairs to each one. Afterwards he showed us a selection of 1916's new and preowned watches. The display at the Ardmore store of the different brands and individual models that each brand carries is the largest that I have ever seen in a store. Joe's knowledge of the different brands and the individual watches that each brand makes was incredibly helpful. If you want to see the available options in real life as opposed to on a computer screen I highly recommend the 1916 Ardmore store. By the end of the three hours that Joe spent with us, my wife had purched a new watch that was fitted and registered that same day and my new watch was overnighted to me the very next day. If you want to make a well educated decision and have a large selection to choose from you cannot beat this store for both its many options and the kind sales staff.”
