“I always feel that my skincare is in good hands with The Derma Company. It is so easy to order online and delivery is both quick and efficiently dealt with. Their products were recommended by my beautician and have proved to be well suited to my (aging) skin type. Although the products are not wildly expensive or budget price, I feel that the quality and efficacy of the products justifies their pricing band. Should new products need an older skin to trial then I would be happy to volunteer.”

“Happy with the product as always, box was a bit squashed. I really think posting out to customers is a very good opportunity to pop in some samples of other products that may suit. I bought environ from a leading competitor website because they used to pop in 3 or 4 samples (some of which I went on to buy full size) in the past. It made me look forward to the delivery all the more. Maybe The Derma Company could do this too.”

Hi Claire Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear your product had a little bit of a rough ride in transit. We try to keep our packaging to a minimum & paper-based to reduce our environmental impact. When ordering a single small item we pack these in a paper-fill envelope, which usually has adequate protection. We really would love to include more samples in orders placed for the Environ range but sadly in the last couple of years, Environ has stopped producing the sample sachets that used to be available for a small selection of products from the range. Therefore we have now run out of these sample sachets. We did previously include these in all orders placed. From time to time we may be supplied with a small quantity of larger premium samples, these are usually 5ml (as opposed to the 1ml sachets). When they are in stock these will be automatically added to your order. However, due to the large volume of orders processed we seldom have stock of these as the small supply provided outstrips our demand. Please pop a note on your next order if you would like samples included & we will do our best to include something appropriate, it may be from another brand though. Erin, Customer Care
