“I had used the product before and recently got another dog who had bad manners so decided to get another collar. Only took a few days for her to learn not to copy bark, and our other dog has regained his non barking manners somewhat. We are very pleased with the products and service and through the chat line was how we were able to decide on the second collar. Thankyou very much and we are back to a happy home again.”

“City dogs going to the country and I was like this will never work. Well I highly recommend this product. My dogs now roam and enjoy and I have no stress about it. Thankyou to Declan from the malaga store in WA. Helped me out installed the fence and helped with the training. Had tried other products before and they were useless. 3 amstaffs now have the time of their lives”

“We have wild deer that run past our property at night and it was setting our dog off into hour long barking fits. We were getting threats from our neighbour. We tried keeping the dogs on the deck, running them frequently, leaving them with frozen kongs, etc. We purchased the BP-504 for our dog, and he learnt very quickly. He knows what the beep means, and we haven't had problems since. It was really useful that there was an online chat, email contact and a phone number to call making it really easy to get in touch with staff. I had a long talk on the phone when deciding on the product, then used the chat for follow up questions. Thank you!”

“We got the Sportdog bark collar as our male GSD was very territorial and barked incessantly when anyone walked through the alley next to our house. We received a noise complaint from the neighbours (and no wonder!). We put the bark collar on him and within x2 uses (on just level 1) he was significantly quieter and much calmer! No more crazy running around the house or yard with his hackles up either! He is able to calm himself and just listen as people go through. He can still bark softly or whine a little bit to let us know when he wants to come back in/go out. Super happy! The Dog Line were also really responsive and gave great additional tips and support on how to use the collar. Although we tried everything else and didn't want to have to use a bark collar, we're really glad we have in the end”

“I’ve waited 6 months before writing this, just so I can give a completely honest review, tried and tested. Initially I thought this was pretty expensive (lots of cheaper inferior systems around which you hear horror stories about,) this one is worth every cent! Excellent service, excellent follow up and videos demonstrating how to set the fence and collars up, down to earth expectations which were so accurate....you need to put the time in with the dogs initially, 5 minute blocks, couple of times a day, show them their boundaries and we found after a week/ max 2 weeks, the dogs were not even attempting to cross their boundaries. We have had six months of peace of mind that the dogs are not wandering on the highway or in the pound or vets. We got the more expensive collars which have a lot more settings on them, trained on the minimum beep and progressed to both goldies being on very low settings, number 2 and number 3 for the bigger dog. The fence wire was very easy to put up as it only needs to to go along existing fences, in our case 10 acres worth! A little more work installing under access drive and across a creek (and back) but well worth the effort. The dogs are now at liberty to play to their hearts content without worries about locking them up if we go out or stressing when they don’t come to our call. Absolutely brilliant. Oh, the electric wall unit is on constantly with no change to our electricity bill too. So in all honesty I can say this is a first class product, well done Dog Line!”
