“The customer support when I had an issue was fantastic. My dog line stopped working on the weekend and Colin was able to talk me through the troubleshooting process clearly over the phone. In the end the dog line was working perfectly, but the power point I was using was faulty! The line was easy to install, my previously escape-artist dog is safe and happy and I have peace of mind knowing the unit is of high quality and help is at hand if anything goes wrong. I definitely recommend this product and company.”

“Website was easy to search through and compare items. Payment was easy to do. Kept getting emails on that updated me where my purches was and how long it would take. It was great. The product is exactly what I wanted and purchased. 5/5 for all round. My dog has stopped her barking by 80% and doesn't look uncomfortable in her collar. Thanks again guys.”

“Absolutely AMAZING customer service! Within 30 minutes our order was ready and I was able to collect - which was a relief as our training commenced 3 days but the ECollar I’d ordered online had gone MIA due to COVID. Can’t thank the staff at the dog line enough!”

“Tried several times with the cheap blue wire which was a complete waste of time. Should of paid that little bit extra the first time round and saved my self 2 weekend work. Website was easy to follow and even in covid got a speedy delivery. Thanks”

“You did not correctly transcribe the address details that I gave you onto the Australia Post address and so consequently the package was delivered to the wrong address. “I called and spoke with Declan, explained that my dog Bug is an anxious rescue dog who barks all day long at anything and everything. I had tried 2 other collars and they didn’t work, I was waiting for the neighbours to fling an off chop over the fence for him.. He recommended the Barkless Pro BP-504 for my dog.. Day 1 the bark count was 8, day 2 was 6, day 3 was 2.. He’s even had some bark free days.. it’s not only stopped his incessant barking but it’s also turned him into a much calmer dog because he’s not getting so worked up! Thanks for your help”

“We bought the e-collar from The Dog Line after they got recommended to us. After being taught how to properly use it, our recall for Bowie is a million times better! Our giant GSD social butterfly can finally be controlled around other dogs! Such good quality gear for a more than fair price and extremely fast delivery. Couldn't be happier!”

“We live on a corner block and our 2 yo Lagotto has always barked very loudly, aggressively and at length when people walk past our house or ring the doorbell. It's been getting worse as more people are out exercising during lockdown. We have been trying to teach him not to bark for some time - trying to calm him, saying "no", plus we'd bought a citronella bark collar - but nothing worked. I called the Dog Line, got excellent advice on which bark collar to buy for my dog and they made sure it was in the post that day. It's been amazing! It made a difference from Day 1 - straight away it reduced his barking to a couple of barks and now a week later all we get are a couple of soft barks, or no barking at all! The household is less stressed (we can actually hear people on work phone calls!), he seems calmer and better behaved in general, and the neighbours are much happier.”
