“Easy to deal with, friendly and good quality for price”

“I have 3 Jack Russells and a Kelpie. They all love to go exploring and chase rabbits. Before I had the dog line system my jacks would go missing a lot. I would have to lock them in a kennel or have them in the house to keep an eye on them. I couldn’t go away because I couldn’t expect someone to have that responsibility. I have been using this system for approximately 8 years now and it has saved my life. I now never have to worry about the dogs going missing as I know the fence will keep them in. I am a nurse so I do shift work so when I get home at all hours I know my babies will be waiting for me and safe. I can also go away and don’t have to worry either. I needed to send my transmitter back as it got hit by lightning in a storm and “Jack” was so great to speak to. Customer service is wonderful and my unit was replaced under warranty so that was even better. Thank you to The Dog Line for giving me piece of mind and keeping my babies safe. I truly appreciate it. “Love the product and the service, got our boy jasper (Labrador x border collie) at 8 weeks old just after we moved to the city and didn’t want him to get out, bought a cheap boundary line (not dog lines one) and he walked up to the line and it went off, he then proceeded to walk to his water bowl and submerged it in the water. Without hesitation he walked back to the line to find it no longer works and he can go where he likes. He is now 3 and we have moved back to the family farm where he has chased the sheep and cattle before. Being we were going to be living there we had to know he wasn’t going to chase them when we were at work. We bought the dog line and set that up but also needed a waterproof one as he loves to swim and have dams on the property. Was contacted by dog line staff and was reassured that it would stand up to the task and it sure has. Was super easy to find what we needed on the website, even when we later had to get another collar for his brother Axel for when he comes to stay. Highly recommend dog line and as an electrician who is often asked if I know of any good lines I straight away recommend dog line.”

“The Dog Line has changed our life! We have a beautiful boy who used to be an escape artist when we moved into our new house, we tried everything! After setting up The Dog Line we haven’t had him get out once since, it has really given us peace of mind when we leave home to know he is safe. It is easy to set up, and whenever we had questions we would navigate the website or call The Dog Line up. No matter the time of the day we always got a quick answer and they are the most helpful team. Amazing product and amazing customer service.”

“Very happy with my e collar, had a hiccup with receiving the item, I sent them an email and was contacted via phone call in a very quick time. The lady I dealt with was probably one of the best people I have ever experienced and dealt with the matter genuinely, I received the item next day. highly recommend them..great company to purchase from, thank you”

“The dog line keeps my dogs where they’re supposed to be. Have just moved to new rural property. The line is easy to setup and the dogs worked out where they can go as they were used to the system in the old house. I’d recommend this to everyone.”

“I brought the premium electric boundary fence for my Rhodesian ridgeback and it’s worked a miracle super easy to set up my dog has been getting out wandering for years I wish I found this sooner and staff are very lovely and very helpful”

“This product has been simple and effective to use to assist with my dogs training. He has short fur so I ordered the alternative connectors. The assistance give to me in Australia was excellent (even though ordering through the site was tricky). It’s turning around our training and my confidence that my dog knows what he needs to do!”

“Absolutely amazing. We have three working dogs and need to keep them out of certain paddocks. We also had an escapee goat who we used it on with amazing success. We move the dog line fencing around when needed. It is user friendly and very efficient. Fast delivery. Would highly recommend.”

“Great service and advice. My dogs can now run the full 20 acres without running away. Relatively easy to install as the wire doesn’t need to be buried. I now have a circuit around the house yard and the block. After some training it works great. Best of all the dogs blame the wallabies and have given up chasing them. Thank you for a great product.
