“I was happy overall with the service. It was also nice to be able to communicate with actual people. I was able to email and to speak on the phone with the team. It was also a pretty quick turn around.”

“Sending this part back for repair is a great option. ECU pro made it easy with included shipping and testing. Saved lots of $$ by not having to buy a new part and having to program it to the car.”

“A little hard to get ahold of. But when they finally contact you back, they are nice, understanding and helpful. They did good work. And if they thought they messed up, they called me right away to sort it out.”

“Great service. My 2005 Mini Copper S BCM was tested by these guys and it was still good. Very honest team over there. They missed an email of mine for return of the unit so it took longer for return so that's why 4 stars.”

“While I haven't installed the footwell module yet, their online program, and assistance over the phone was great. They needed my cas module because my footwell module was too far gone, I figured it was, and reprogrammed the new module. They also made me a new key. Thanks guys! Only reason I gave a 4 star is I haven't tried the replaced module yet.... been out of town....”

“Sent in my car's ECU and no fault found. But the part was returned promptly and there was definitely an improvement in the car's performance. They claim to have done nothing but the assurance the ECU was functioning correctly allows me to search other problems in the car. Definitely issues with the car and I can take ECU problems out of the mix.”

“i'm sure you are busy so i can't expect fast service but i liked the service. there was a discrepancy on the web site about the vehicle having a cas module, but after clearing that up everything went as well as expected. your receptionist was very profesional. shipping was slow but expected in this day and age. i haven't gotten the ecu back yet but i'm sure it will be fine. thank you, barry”
