“FAST SERVICE INSTALLED AFTER REPAIRED . BLINKERS WOULD FLASH FAST LIKE BULBS WERE OUT BUT THEY WERE NOT . WINDOWS DIDNT WORK STILL . CALLED AND TALKED TO SERVICE GUY WITH CODES THAT WERE IN MODULE THEY SAID THEY WERE INTERNAL FAULTS . I SENT IT BACK AND THEY SAID IT WAS TESTED ON ON OF THERE CARS AND HAD NO PROBLEMS . THEY SENT BACK AND WE INSTALLED IN ARE CAR AND IT SEEMS TO BE NO PROBLEMS . NO SURE WHAT WAS GOING ON BUT ITS FIXED NOW . THANKS”

“The communication wasn’t the best at first and I understand it was during the thanksgiving holiday, but some things didn’t get done like the key wasn’t put as number 1 so the comfort access doesn’t work.”

“Sent in the DME to get tested. Got a confirmation email that my parts arrived at the facility and shortly after that I got a video of all my components being tested. 100% professional operation.”

“I sent it in and they communicated pretty well, the only reason why I have a four-star it’s because It didn’t end up working, but I think I had a special issue that was unique to fix.”

“Sending this part back for repair is a great option. ECU pro made it easy with included shipping and testing. Saved lots of $$ by not having to buy a new part and having to program it to the car.”

“A little hard to get ahold of. But when they finally contact you back, they are nice, understanding and helpful. They did good work. And if they thought they messed up, they called me right away to sort it out.”

“Great service. My 2005 Mini Copper S BCM was tested by these guys and it was still good. Very honest team over there. They missed an email of mine for return of the unit so it took longer for return so that's why 4 stars.”

“While I haven't installed the footwell module yet, their online program, and assistance over the phone was great. They needed my cas module because my footwell module was too far gone, I figured it was, and reprogrammed the new module. They also made me a new key. Thanks guys! Only reason I gave a 4 star is I haven't tried the replaced module yet.... been out of town....”
