“Everything worked great as soon as I installed the repaired dme back into my car. The only reason I knocked a star off is because there could be better communication during the process. I sent it in for diagnostics and they went ahead and did the repair without asking if I wanted them to proceed (which I wanted anyway so not a big deal). After they had the parts for 2 weeks I had to call to see what the status was on the part and then a week after that it was done. The extra key they cut for me works better than the original. I have been without a car for a year so it was very exciting to hear the car start first crank after getting my dme back.”

“I own a 2011 Mini Cooper convertible. The car was running bad and I tried everything. I asked ECU Pro several questions and watched some u tube videos and went for it. I sent it in to them with the CAS's and a key. Unfortunately it was not repairable so I got a new rebuilt one from them. They warn you to have a mechanic install it , but I did it. The car runs great. Plug and play! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the engine light is on but still running great. Thanks ECU Pro”

“I removed the DME/ECU, FRM, and CAS module after recording Fault codes from my BMW 330i. Chose the service I wanted The ECU Pros' to cover. Exchanged a couple of emails before boxing up the items for shipping. They emailed their conclusion, I paid the service fee. Today I'm waiting for the items to make it back to me.”

“Very quick turnaround time on a footwell module. The return packaging was subpar however. Some of the plastic bits on the connector pin area were broken off in the transit back.”
