“i was very please with the drawer liners that i order they fit in really well and they had a lovely smell and were a very good price too which i was please about as i had big problems finding draw liners in the high street if i near any more i know now where to come”

“I would have given 5 stars but one of the items box was badly damaged, which was a bit annoying as it was for a gift.Apart from that, it was a good quick service and would use this company again.”

We do try to pack with enough materials to protect the goods but not too much that it is wasteful, sorry that it wasn't enough this time. “Thank you for the coat hangers I ordered. I found them very pretty. However when I used one to hang up a spoken cardigan I'm afraid one side of the hanger broke under the cloth. Maybe my cardigan was too heavy for the hanger. Sorry to give you a negative review.”

“Great price! best on line for my perfume. Slight delay in the post receiving my purchase but when contacting company they were very helpful. Possibly down to lockdown situation & postal system? Perfume did arrive & I would use the company again as very competitive price.”

We sent it out the following day via Royal Mail 48hr delivery, however as you mention, Royal Mail have been taking longer than normal to deliver parcels in some areas. “My order arrived on time, and was exactly what I had ordered. However it would have been a good idea to have been told when to expect delivery. I think we have been spoilt by Amazon who are very good at this!”

Thanks for the feedback Rodney. We are only a small company and you are right in that our systems don't quite match up to Amazon! You should have received an email to let you know when your order was dispatched from our warehouse (it may have gone in to you spam folder). We use a 48hr delivery service with Royal Mail so in future you can estimate it will arrive 2 days after you receive this email. Thanks, Graham.

“The goods arrived in quite a short time. I had purchased a Ravensburger jigsaw which on completion had 4 pieces in one block missing. We have contacted Ravensburger with a picture of the barcode and jigsaw showing the pieces missing but as yet have not received a reply from them. However, the service from yourselves was very good.”

Ravensburger have their own procedure that we have to follow and I'm sure they will resolve it for you.
