“Quick delivery. Good service. Unfortunately, my credit card was compromised. I don't use it often and rarely shop on-line but the Banks Fraud department was in touch to let me know someone had tried to use it (they blocked the payments and card has been destroyed). They said that it was probably due to a companies data being breached. As this is my only recent purchase, you may wish to check out your security. Regards. J”

“Body lotion is quite runny, nothing out of the ordinary, but I adore the attractive packaging, very Christmasy. That alone would get 10 out of 10. Super as a decoration alone.”

Maybe try giving the body lotion bottle a good shake before use, that could be why you felt it was a little runny. Thanks, Graham.

Hi Hazel, Thanks for the review. Your order was posted the day after you placed it but unfortunately it was returned back to us by Royal Mail saying that the address was incomplete. I looked into it and amended your delivery address to include the words 'Medical Centre' and we sent it back out. This will be why it took slightly longer than normal to arrive. We always send orders same day or next day to ensure customers receive them as soon as possible, if you order again in the future (which we hope you will!) and add the words 'medical centre' to the delivery address we can be sure the postman will manage to find it! We do pack our parcels well, but occasionally a parcel may have a particularly bumpy ride which can cause slightly squashed boxes. Thanks for the lovely review. Our lavender range is very popular, it's slightly cheaper than other brands but the quality is the same. The lavender we use comes from fields in the Cotswolds and it smells divine. Hope you will come back to try more of our own brand products soon. Thanks. Graham.
