“This is the first time that I have used The Garden Fragrance Company. Was impressed with the range of products offered. Although it took a long time for the parcel of products to arrive it contained all that I had ordered. Do plan to order again in the future.”

“Nice items but jigsaw puzzle box was damaged on one corner. Damage was possibly caused after dispatch. Maybe more padding needed at corners of box.”

Thanks for the review, as a small company it means a lot to us. I'm sorry to hear that the outer seals were broken on your jigsaw. We do find that this happens occasionally when the jigsaws have had a rough journey. The jigsaw suppliers we use have all moved away from cellophane wrapped seals and plastic seals and now all use paper seals. Good for the environment but not quite so strong and sometimes get broken. “I received my order quickly and was well packed. One of the items, the shampoo had leaked and was everywhere in the parcel so spent quite a lot of time wiping it off everything. Fortunately did not get on to the hangers but was all over the lavender bags (which smell of nothing even when newly opened) and the boxes. The hangers were the same, lavender smell lasted a day or so and then was gone. The seller is going to replace the leaking shampoo for me!”
