“The purchase of a recliner was great, however, I had to cancel the purchase because the space I planned for it was too small. The cancelation of the order was fast and smooth. I appreciate the customer service even though I ended up not using the recliner.”

“June 12, 2023 We have purchased from Great American Home store in past & never had any issues. Beautiful floor lay out to choose from! Best prices & quality after shopping around. For this purchase we found a great bedroom set with mattress set. Our Sales Rep was Mr. Mark Mitchell. He was always prompt in answering any emails, if I had question; He was a delight to work with. He is knowledgeable & not “pushy”. Just nice, polite, & true professional. I will definitely refer him. Also the delivery men were so nice! They were also extremely professional, answered any questions, & left area spotless upon completion of putting bed together. We love our new set for guests. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Definitely 5 Stars or more!
