“I started surveying less than a year ago and my crew chief had muck boots. I didn't see the need for them until I got more experience and noticed that having muck boots would be very beneficial to me when out in the field. First for the ditches and water that we deal with all the time. And second for the winter when I am walking through 2 feet of snow. I tried with just my work boots and then I changed to my Sorels and figured that I could just use those in the winter and eventually saw how awesome his were for him. So I decided to get some muck boots and they are the best!! They are so comfy and so useful. I use them when I'm not at work and just playing in the snow. But at work, like today. I had them on all day. We were in and out of a ditch with a few feet of water and it was nice to be able to go in the water to do what I needed to get done. I would recommend these to anyone for sure! Great boots!”

“Tested these boots in 10 below zero weather involving several miles of snow shoeing and standing over an 8 hour day goose hunting in 4-5 foot snow depths. My feet were dry and comfortably warm. I have convinced my hunting buddies to invest in a pair of these Arctic Pros since were uncomfortably cold all day.”

“Mucks have been my go-to boots and shoes for many years. We live in the country and there is hardly a day when I don't pull on Mucks for something... chores, dog walking, running local errands... They are the best. I have worn out several pairs, although it takes a while to do so. Recently I acknowledged that mine had passed the point of no return, and ordered the low-cut Muskter II's. They are wonderful! Comfortable and perfectly fitted to my feet. Thank you again Muck, for another pair of terrific outdoor shoes!”

“Love my Muck Boots, best investment for me and my husband. We quad ride in all kinds of weather and they have been great. Great for snow too. My daughter also has a pair and loves them. They are true to size and very comfortable.”

“This is the worst online shopping experience I ever have encountered. Shipping took three weeks, and customer service adopted a "washing of the hands" attitude. The boots looked like cheap knock-offs, and they did not have a quality "feel" to them once I tried them on. In addition, the materials were obviously of poorer quality than the materials used on boots of just a few years ago. The Muck Boot Store provided a UPS return label; it then charged $15 for the privilege of returning substandard merchandise. Everyone also should read the most recent Amazon reviews about the poor quality of these boots.”

Joseph, We are sorry to hear that your shopping experience was not a great one! We would love to make it right. Return Shipping- this fee is only charged if the return label is used for a refund. Exchanges are free of charge. Shipping time- I did check your tracking number to see what the delay was. Unfortunately, the storms in the North West delayed your shipping time as UPS suspended service in the dangerous weather. I do hope this clears up any confusion.
