“Because you phased out the shower I wanted- for women, I had to resort to buying one in mens size. It's a trifle BIG. I am NOT thrilled. And frankly, I can not for the life of me understand why you'd phase out SUCH a classic. Or the neoprene one! Both are superior to the new ones by a MILE!”

“Well made, sturdy and cozy on the feet. I did order a women's one size smaller than my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly. I had heard before that they tend to run big and knowing several people who have ordered these boots, that is the case.”

“I recently bought a pair of Arctic Weekend boots from the Muck Boot Store as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately, the boot ran a bit large, so I needed to order the next size down, which was out of stock, according to the website. The website indicated that exchanges qualified for free shipping AND returns, but there was no mention of their paying for returns if there was not an exchange. I contacted MBS, and after a few texts, was told that they would happily pay for the return postage and give a full refund. So I was very satisfied with the final outcome, but must say that, in order to be competitive, and to build consumer loyalty, I strongly suggest that MBS make FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS a matter of course, and list it proudly and boldly on your website and ordering page. “LOVE these rain boots. Cute. Wide enough toe box. Stable feel with the heel. Warm. Can accommodate mid weight boot sock easily. Waterproof. True to size for me, size 7. I live in Washington state and these boots are perfect for errands around town or walking windy rainy beaches. Boot love!”

“I've worn muck boots for the last 19 years on our dairy. They have always kept my feet warm n dry, but this is the first time I ordered specifically a woman pair of boots (pink camo boots) and I have to say they are much narrower than unisex boots.”

“This boot so far is exactly what I expected. I wore out my last pair of Muck Jobbers and wanted a similar boot that had a more aggressive tread. I wear these boots walking the dogs in the woods on dirt trails. These have worked fine so far. I was concerned about sizing so called the sales rep. I wear a size 12 Keen shoe but my Jobbers was a size 11. The rep told me to go with the size 11 - they fit exactly the way I like them too. I've seen other reviewers who said that the back tab rips off when they try to pull the boots on. I haven't had a problem with just putting my foot in and wiggling it around til my foot goes in. If you have to pull on something then pull on the side, not the tab in the back. I normally wear a medium heavy sock and haven't had a problem with the cold yet (I live in the NW so it doesn't get all that cold). I think they may be warm though - they are a black rubber boot after all. All in all a good boot that fits my expectations. Time will tell if they hold up.”

“I was happy to find the Muck Boot store online. Both my son and daughter in law had purchased Muck boots on sale at a local outlet store. But the sale was over. I had never heard of 'Muck boots", but since the kids recommended them so highly and the boots I was using were unsatisfactory for me, I decided to check and see if there was an online store. I was pleased to find there is and they offered just what I needed at a reduced price. Of course, I bought a pair and they are perfect. I am delighted with them. The ones my family bought were just plain "muck" colored, but the ones I found at the store were a beautiful bright pink! Not only that, but they fit the cold range which is perfect for me: from -40 F to 40 degrees above 0. Dealing with the online store was also a delight. There was no hassle with the order or the delivery. I would recommend this store to anyone!”
