“Boots are the warmest I've had and very comfortable”

“We ordered these online over a weekend and they were delivered the following Friday without an upcharge.”

“This is the worst online shopping experience I ever have encountered. Shipping took three weeks, and customer service adopted a "washing of the hands" attitude. The boots looked like cheap knock-offs, and they did not have a quality "feel" to them once I tried them on. In addition, the materials were obviously of poorer quality than the materials used on boots of just a few years ago. The Muck Boot Store provided a UPS return label; it then charged $15 for the privilege of returning substandard merchandise. Everyone also should read the most recent Amazon reviews about the poor quality of these boots.”

Joseph, We are sorry to hear that your shopping experience was not a great one! We would love to make it right. Return Shipping- this fee is only charged if the return label is used for a refund. Exchanges are free of charge. Shipping time- I did check your tracking number to see what the delay was. Unfortunately, the storms in the North West delayed your shipping time as UPS suspended service in the dangerous weather. I do hope this clears up any confusion. Please contact us with any concerns, we are always happy to resolve any issues.

“I ordered this boot for our sons birthday. They fit perfect. He was a happy fellow. We had bought this same pair 8 or 10 years ago and he is still wearing them. He said the inside had starting to come apart in the old boots and needed a new pair. Our son loves Muck boots.”

“Ordered online because Farm & Fleet did'nt have much left over in insulated boots,(Davenport, Ia.) Ordering online enabled me to get what I was needing. Will do the same when I need another pair. Received new boots in a few days. I am gratful to Mucks, old pair was coming apart, but they went through a lot, from hot weather to frigid. Tom Gregorich”

“As a commercial diver I work in inclement weather year round and having the right gear is a necessity. You can't do your job safely or correctly if you're only thinking how cold and wet you are. Muck Boots keep my feet warm and dry. They exceeded my expectations and would recommend them to anyone who works outside. Now only if you guys made rain gear.”
