“This was a great experience. I had been trying to find the True North bar cover here in Canada and eventually had to look south of the boarder. With many places not shipping to Canada and/or not to my rural property PO box (why do we hate the po box for us the country folks?) Supply Cache came through. They shipped it quick. It was affordable, and it was fast. Thanks guys!”

“When other retailers didn’t have the bag I wanted in stock, the supply cache did. Same cost, rapid shipping, and it was a Mystery Ranch bag so they packaged it appropriately.”

Thanks Mark, We've added a rate for USPS to both AK and HI for smaller items. It is a bit restrictive because of the size limitations but should be a good option for most purchases. Great suggestion!

“I was ordered a wildland fire shirt size 2xl I received a shirt in a small size, and then had to pay shipping to send back the incorrect shirt.”

Sorry Warren, you actually did order a small brush shirt. This would have been visible from checkout through order confirmation. Customer service did the correct thing, asking you to send the small so we could help with an exchange. If you would like a copy of your original order, you can request it. Otherwise please check your order confirmation, sent at the time you placed your order. This is often in a junk mail box if you are a gmail user or have opted out of our email communication.
