“Please don't use my name. But i wanted to pass on how amazing this tool is for my trail work. I fell in love with this tool the first time i used it for trail work in the Santa Monica Mountains. At 4'10" and 85 lbs, it is nice and light weight but still will go through the trail even when it is hard packed. It's a great finishing tool and takes out plants and roots nicely. For the bigger person, you could use the larger head. But this baby has become a nice addition to my other tools. Thank you for making such a great tool.”

“A few months ago, I was tasked with ensuring our deployable assets were up to standard. This required meticulously reviewing the standards and developing a detailed list for approval. The process would have been exponentially slower without Melissa’s support. From the beginning, she demonstrated a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to ensure every detail was clearly lined out and accounted for. “I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. The vest for my radio (RP-1 Scout Radio Chest Harness, Coaxsher) is rugged and already been used on multiple wildland fires with no issues. My only complaint would be the shipping price, seemed a bit high to me. David”

“Ordering process was easy and fast. Customer service was FANTASTIC! A mistake was made on our end and before the end of the day your staff had noticed and emailed us to verify that the information and got the mistake fixed within 30 minutes of my reply that I had made a mistake. The service rep that emailed us is named Libby, and we cannot sing her praises enough. I had called before noticing Libby's email, and unfortunately I cannot remember the woman's name i spoke with on the phone, but she was absolutely fantastic as well. Thank you for being fantastic to work with, and having wonderful customer service reps that took absolutely magnificent care of us.”

“Very nice product selection Web searches can be a small challange Checking Out is a very difficult situation, your website refuses to have a billing address different from the shipping address, especially IF the billing address is a PO Box. very, very difficult to get the website to accept the notion of sending invoices.”
